I am so happy to see the growing interest and curiosity of Filipinos in discovering and loving Indian cuisine. As a Filipino living in India, I have seen and experiencing personally how amazing Indian cooking technique is. All the ingredients they use are natural, no seasoning and processed item at all. The way of cooking is usually slow and involves different techniques. Their food is absolutely healthy and has so many healing properties because of the vegetables, organic spices and probiotics. ❤
I like the fact that FEATR sent AbI! who's the most relatable to the masses amongst the crew; inorder to describe a not so relatable pallet to most pinoys. It kind of lessen if not remove the intimmedation factor of trying indian cusine knowing that it is the lumpia queen trying it. Kudos sa FEATR team for the effort in making us pinoys, open up not only to other provinces' food culture/cusine, but also to international cusines.

@d.l.c7456 you are wrong....a fried rice in is cheaper in an Indian restaurant than a pinoy restaurant in spite of using a more expensive rice(basmati)
@@d.l.c7456 Not really. Actually most of the ingredients of Filipino and Indian are almost the same. Rice, vegetables and meat. Except for spices as Indians use mostly. But still Filipino restaurants here are very expensive I do not understand why?

Super underrated ang Indian food sa pinas dahil sa mga video from India na "unhygienic" which is true from other countries perspective, but this is one of the best cuisine in the world

Considering how long people from India have lived in the Philippines and Indians being part of Filipino society for generations, Filipinos have been slow in appreciating Indian food. Indians were in the Philippines first before Koreans but Filipinos took to Korean food faster and easier.
Abi!!!!! Thank you for these recommendations. Really curious to try egg dosa with wine as it's usually paired with chai. You covered indian breakfast, snack food and main dishes. Not a big fan of paneer and mutton though. 😅

Not sure about wine and biryani (it may work if they lessen the spiciness) pero for taste talaga Laban is the correct or best partner of biryani, esp lamb and goat biryani in this case.
