@@ryanjameson9940 the ones for the Foxtrot 2R have been solid for me. The whole point of this model is rechargeable batteries. The 7A is still an option if you don’t want rechargeables.
@@ryanjameson9940Have you had a chance to tell Streamlight they don't know what they're doing? Streamlight has produced flashlights for many years and are #1 in most categories they have batteries for. A very successful company which specializes in flashlights AND batteries. I'd love to hear what they say when you tell them you know more about flashlights and batteries than one of the biggest, most popular flashlight & battery manufacturers!! Oh, I guess I missed it somehow, so what is your profession?
Isn’t the only upgrade from the TLR 7A to the 7X is that the X is rechargeable ? I bought the 7X thinking that’s what I’d get. Nope just a regular battery. Def money grab BS
Does this light have to same profile as it's predecessor TLR-7 A? Reason I ask is, holsters. Are they interchangeable.
From all the videos ive been looking at recently yes. Its interchangeable with the TLR-7 and 7A
Did you release?
Should come with the rechargeable battery. SIG does with the Foxtrot2R.
Rechargeable batteries are bad

The “tlr7x usb” comes with the rechargeable battery/charging cable, tlr7x just comes with their standard lithium battery.

It does not, unfortunately.
It's not rechargeable, wish you would point that out and change the title!
This is Streamlights title for the light. It is dual fuel and can now accept both batteries. That is clearly explained in the video.
@rongraham3742 my tlr7a can accept rechargeable batteries too sooo...
@@ugatobekittenmeOver time the lower voltage will damage the 7A circuitry that’s why the newer version came out to handle it…..so nope 💥

@@chuckmcnair7938 no, fairly certain the tlr7x runs longer than the 7a using the same battery
