Daytime “Contemporary Pole Choreo” with Andrea starts as of next Tuesday at 12:15pm☀️
Knee pads, socks and extra layers are recommended to have on hand as the choreo will include floorwork.
This class draws inspiration from the release technique in contemporary dance. This technique focuses on the use of gravity, breath and momentum to support ease of movement and fluidity.
