Absolutely love the Dark Horse. You are right, it looks aggressive as if it wants to attack and even when standing still, it looks like it's in motion. Would love to see any mods you might do to it. Once this car can be tuned in the future, it will be a beast. Please keep posting content on this car.
Mods will come once tuning is out, until then it’s somewhat redundant… but I will for sure keep posting! Have a lot planned with this car even tho it will be stock for a while
You are correct on the engine. It's built for forced induction or to simply last forever naturally aspirated. I snagged one the these a few months ago, then got it supercharged immediately. I got suspension upgrades, ceramic tint, and that's about it. Next up is wheels and tires. I have the DHP w/o HP, so I'm on those P-Zeros, as well. And I can tell you, I gotta go 305F/315R next. Just deciding on wheel size and sidewall height. I think I'm at the crossroads where I have to weigh in just how important the hole shot is, but I'm torn with being able to drive in rain like it's NBD.
On wet/slippery mode its very doable just be gentle with the throttle if youre not on winter tires. And if you live in a cold area, get the normal seats because the buckets dont have seat warming.
Where are you at in Ohio? I’m in NE OH and picked up a 24 premium 6 speed GT. It’s such an amazing engine! Wish I could have afforded the Dark Horse haha..
What color is this? I think between this and the blue ember... hard to choose, both fit the car well. The only sorry thing (in the EU version) that it has "only" 453 Hp. Thanks for your answering.
Stop/Start on this vehicle never gets mentioned in reviews. I don't see that feature as a positive. Starting your engine generates the most wear. Am I wrong?
@Freeway_Media it's quiet. Sounds like the resonator and the mufflers are choking it. I've had plenty of modified cars and the Dark Horse sounds like ass stock. The only good stock valved system I've come across is Alfa Romeo's quadrifoglio. That car made no difference with catback setup.
I’m gunna go out on a whim here and say your valves might be broken. Unless you only care about a car being ear piercingly loud, the stock dark horse exhaust is by far the best stock exhaust I’ve ever heard on a muscle car. Maybe excluding gt350

Congrats on owning this,
It is such an all around awesome car,
It looks totally mean and sinister, 🇺🇸🦅
Screech lives!
sweet ride ! ended up going with a Mach 1 Tremec awesome handling and power

I've had my vaper blue metallic darkhorse for about 4 months,i love it! 6 speed with recaros.
Same, love it!!
Dark Horse money Gets me a used gt350, I’ll take the Shelby
wow what a beautiful machine 🥺
Should have mentioned the wheels! They are so nice! I love the gunmetal gray over the black wheels!
They are really nice for stock wheels, especially a mustang!
I totally agree with you about the Dark, and I'm thinking of adding the front splitter (a must) and H-pipe, as we have GPFs in the EU.
is a H-pipe allowed in the EU?
@@henrivm3559 No, not really 😂
I've been saving up for a dark horse, but I'm still wondering if I should get a Shelby GT500 or a C8 Corvette 🙏🏿
Get a c8, more car for the money!! (If manual isn’t a deal breaker for you like it was for me)
@Freeway_Media mhh, makes sense, but I really do like the dark horse, simply because it's so different, that it makes the car unique
do you have a little rattle noise every time you go into second gears has like a swoosh sound if you punch but all other gears are good?
Are you in PA? Your voice sounds almost the same as 717 Street SPEED. Kinda crazy.
I’m in Ohio, but I will gladly take that comparison lol
GT3 RS brake comparison was on the 0-150-0 test video
I wish the SVT cobra display was offered on the GT premium.
They are robbing you by now having it there that’s crazy!
I have a s550 gt 10 speed
How’s the dark horse in winter bc if I get one it’s not gonna sit in the garage imma be driving it in snow

This is carbonized grey, I actually don’t love the blue ember

I have a manual so it doesn’t do that
Sees manual and radar detector.👍
When did Corey Matthew's get his license!? 😂
Bro, P zero are trash, switched to Nitto RII as soon as my car passed 2k miles !
I just got my DH and the stock exhaust is garbage.
I couldn’t disagree with you more. Maybe take it off quiet mode?
@@Freeway_Media track mode sucks ass.
What about it don’t you like?

The 2025 C8 Corvette ZR1 would eat this for breakfast. lol
It’s also boosted, automatic ONLY, rear engine, and well over $250,000 after dealers get their hands on it 😂 you’re so fucking ignorant
I would sure hope so for 8x the cost and double the power
Stupid comment
