Wooden spoon for all purpose flour at wellington ata Yung bread flour, Yung per kilo lang sya sa market at baking store. Hindi Ako nabili sa grocery Kasi doble presyo. Lahat Yan binibili ko sa baking store sa market, Yung naka Sako sya.
hi Ms. Mai! what if i want it to be a chocolate loaf, what is the measurement of cocoa powder should i add in the dough mixture? also can i put ganache as fillings instead of choco chips? hindi kaya mabago ang texture ng bread?
Remove half cup of flour from the flour measurements and replace half cup of unsweetened cocoa. Pag ganache nilagay mo dapat kasing thick ng nutella or it will be runny and may come out of the bread once baked. Make sure seal ang mga edges.

So i have a question lang, is it pwede na to start 1st proofing if kneaded dough is elastic na, and almost smooth na man, but tears up when window pane test is done? I manually kneaded for more than 20 minutes na kasi. Hope you can assist!🙂
Hello Mai, did this recipe again, but noticed after 1st proofing( 1 1/2 hrs) , during shaping na, my dough resists when i flatten it with rolling pin. Why ? Appreciate your help!🙂
Parang bubble gum pa kasi sya pagkatapos ng proofing so pagka alis ng air, kamayin mo lang muna ng pag flatten. Para pa unti unti kasi nalaban minsan ang dough. Na stress sya pag ganon. Hintayin mo mag relax din ang dough pabayaan mo lang saglit. Kaya kamay gamit ko kesa rolling pin pag nalaban.

Yes puede na, make sure lang na umalsa ang dough sa 1st proofing. Basta elastic puede na.
