Hi @Mai Goodness. I made this today and it's really good. However, I only ended up with 3 loaves. Maybe because I only did the first proofing for an 1 hour and 15 minutes and the 2nd proofing, I only did 45 minutes. I also used a stand mixer but I did the window pane and dimple test. I also used dry active yeast so my process is a bit different. Nevertheless, I would say it was successful as the bread really tasted good and texture is soft. Again, thanks for sharing this video. More power to your channel! :)
Great to hear that! Baka malaki loaf pan mo. 7x3 inches lang yung akin. Puede ka pa rin makagawa ng 4 loaves basta hatiin mo ang dough sa apat. Aalsa pa rin yun ng double it's size. Ok lang naman yung ginawa mo. Tama naman.

Maybe, it has something to do with the temperature of the house? We're here in Ontario Canada and it's starting to get cooler most times of the week. @@kdrm5 It means na kulang pa ng mga 5 to 10 minutes sa luto. Medyo malambot ang loob pa nya. Ganyan din nangyari sa isang loaf ko kasi napagitnaan sya. Wag ka matakot kahit parang brown na kulay ng ibabaw basta hindi pa sunog. Mag hold ang shape non kasi fully cooked ang loob. Mataas kasi ang loaf kesa sa mga maliliit na tinapay. Kaya talagang ipa brown mo yung labas, kasi hindi pa yan sunog at para maluto mabuti ang loob. Ok na yan sa sunod hehehe
Hello Mai, I set my oven for 180 degrees celsius for 40- 50 minutes . But i check the bread once in awhile. In 30 minutes , toast na sya. So less time siguro mas maganda ang result. Thank you so much sa recipe.
Are you using a convection oven? Normally convection oven bakes faster than the normal oven. If not then, it would be lesser baking time for you as oven has different heat settings or you may want to lower the heat to 150⁰C. Whichever you prefer. Thanks

Convection oven pa rin sya, it was actually made to lessen baking time so I would advise para di matusta is to lower heat to 150⁰C pag nakalagay sa recipe ko na 180⁰c. It will bake perfectly.

Malaki kasi ang bread na ito. Need ng matagal na cooking time unlike pandesal at muffins. So pag mga malalaking loaf ang gagawin mo it's best to use the bottom heat. Rule of thumb sa baking kasi lower heat dapat manggaling ang init. Hindi lagi applicable ang top ang bottom sa baking unless you are grilling. Always best to use lower heat lagi. Thanks.

Ibaba mo temperature sa 150⁰C, tapos after 30 minutes bantayan mo kung nag golden brown na ang ibabaw pag hindi paabutin mo ng 40 mins. Make sure to turn it around for even cooking and check every after 5 minutes paglagpas ng 30 mins

Hi. Gamit ko is all purpose flour kasi un lng meron sa area namn but every time mag knead napaka sticky and wet unlike sa mga videos. Sa flour ba ang problem kasi sinunod ko lahat ng ingredients. Gamit ko Gold Medal. Un ang lagi ko ma encounter ang sobrang stickiness that I ended up adding maraming flour which turned out matigas ang bread after a day and dry. Pwde ko ba ileless ang liquid or evap milk and by how much?
Edwin Shan i used bread flour before, d sya nag rise an super tigas . And i used all purpose flour today, and perfect ang dough ko yes!!!! Sa stand mixer ko sya hinawa ngayon. Try mo.
Puede mo iless ang milk ng 1/4 cup on your next, you can still use the all purpose flour brand that you are using. And when you get the consistency you need, stick to the brand at lagi lang iless ang measurement ng liquid mo sa kahit anong recipe ng bread na gagawin mo. Pag bread flour at matigas ang dough mo while kneading, add 1 tbsp of oil.

Ang pandesal ko Sis ay 13 minutes lang sa oven. Pagdating ng 10 minutes check mo kung nag brown na pandesal pag hindi pa paabutin mo ng 13 minutes. Pag malaki ang pandesal na gawa mo usually 15 minutes to 18 minutes lang. Check mo kung golden brown na at 15 minutes. Iba iba kasi ang oven heat. Depende sa ginagamit mo. Let me know, thanks

Puede mo iless ang milk ng 1/4 cup on your next, you can still use the all purpose flour brand that you are using. And when you get the consistency you need, stick to the brand at lagi lang iless ang measurement ng liquid mo sa kahit anong recipe ng bread na gagawin mo.

I tried all your ingredients but found out that the dough are too dry because of too much flour. Even i tried adding oil the result is not good.
Nasa cup measurements at klase ng flour nagkakaiba, bawasan mo yung flour measurements mo ng 1/4 cup. Matakaw sa tubig flour mo pag dry.

Kasi pandesal nagluto ako 20 minutes ko lang nilagay nasunog
Ang pandesal ko Sis ay 13 minutes lang sa oven. Pagdating ng 10 minutes check mo kung nag brown na pandesal pag hindi pa paabutin mo ng 13 minutes. Pag malaki ang pandesal na gawa mo usually 15 minutes to 18 minutes lang. Check mo kung golden brown na at 15 minutes. Iba iba kasi ang oven heat. Depende sa ginagamit mo. Let me know, thanks
