    What an amazing workout! I only managed to do about 40% of it, and spent the rest of the time amazed at how strong Christine is! Definitely worth saving and trying till I can do more!!

    I lost 3 kg (6.6 pounds) in 8 days with this workout, But the only exercise will not help, you also need to work on your diet.

    I will save this one and do again! Such a great workout. I got a kick out of the 12 counts getting mixed up and a few times there was a left knee or foot when it was suppose to be a right, but thats what kept me engaged and focused on the screen instead of the pain! This is the best core yoga/workout to do after a long run.Thank you for this great video!:)

    I've been dealing with sciatic pain for almost 2 years, having suffered a serious disc herniation. No workout has given me so much relief and subsequent satisfaction as this one. Awesome set from one incredibly gorgeous instructor. Thanks again.

    I have been doing this particular workout every alternate morning since a month now and I can tell you this actually works. There are very few workout videos that I have watched which actually gets every part of the core every time. If you can pull this through every day as a part of your workout or on its own and be patient, I am sure the results will start showing. My core is much tighter now and my core strength has been improving . Your channel deserve a lot more recognition and I wish you all the very best.

    I'm so much better at it now!! Been doing it three times a week for a month now. In the beginning I couldn't even do for 5 minutes and now I'm doing all her moves. My flexibility, ROM and strength increased. Less pain than it was in the beginning..Practice makes it better and she's amazing! ❤️👏❤️

    This compared to p90x, it's basically the same level of intensity expect for the fact that this is way more scarier.. You got yourself a sub and i'm going to try this three times a week and see how far i will get with it.

    Fantastic workout-thank you! It was easy to decide which video to watch to work my core today; I saw Christine in the thumbnail and thought, "I'd like to be that fit"-click.     I workout regularly so I already have a toned stomach but after completing this workout and looking in the mirror, my abs were even more toned than before! Thank you for this , always love your workouts!

    I've never been able to do many sit-ups consecutively in a row all my life. This workout is hard, but baby steps. My goal is to get through this video without any breaks!
