Firstly, Thanks for taking the effort and coming here and reading the description of #AnshulSharmaVlogs
I have gone to The Taj Hotel, Mumbai just to experience the tea at Taj hotel Mumbai or Taj Mahal palace Mumbai and Taj Hotel Mumbai Tea Price
I went with 2 of my friends. There is a restaurant inside Taj tower called Shamiana which is 24 hrs open. We went to that Shamiana restaurant at mid night to enjoy the tea.

Taj is Taj boss. It was my dream to stay at Taj for at least on night. And one day I fulfilled it . The charges were around 25k. But the experience was really lifetime. The services, staff , swimming pool, rooms , food aminites are really world class. I know it's little bit weird. But is was my dream and I fulfilled it. So when I pass through Gate way and look at Taj, it gives me inner satisfaction. And I feel gr8.
Everyone has that dream inside when standing in front of Taj and watching it

To be honest there is no hotel which can stop you from coming in, you can simply come in and use the lobby seating area/ washrooms and leave, no one will ask for any explanation.
Though some areas of the property are exclusively for the residents ☺️
And also if you visit Shamiana again, do try the veggie bean burger, it’s to die for☺️
It was very easy to get into this hotel before the terrorist attack. In 2008 we had been inside Taj just to see the lobby and use the washrrom. There were no metal detectors and no one would ask you any question, there are few gifts shops inside too.

Teen log to araam se pi sakte hai but you will be charged for the extra two empty cups . Like if you are two people and order just one tea which comes in a tea pot and ask for an extra cup then you will be charged for that extra cup .

Trust me i Have been there many times . Its no special experience . Masala chai is same like you will get anywhere else . Most things on the menu are nowhere near international standard . You get better fish and chips even at crappy places in the UK . The desserts on the menu are also disappointing . If u want to try one dish it is the Camembert Souffle at Shamiana . That is really nice if you love cheese .

Sounds funny, but what you said is correct. These swanky restaurants hardly have any value addition in terms of taste. The entire money you are paying is for the ambiance and presentation. I'm a foodie and the best food I've tasted is in road-side dhaabas.

Restaurant : Masala Kraft ( Indian Cuisine )
Try the veg Biryani at Ziya Oberoi instead , It costs about the same and the experience of dining there is on a completely different level . masala Kraft is shiv sagar compared to Ziya .
