You are one of the few who have reviewed this silencer who started with 147gr right out of the box, which frankly is the lightest projectile anyone in their right mind uses with these suppressors. I just subscribed because I really like people who think about what they are doing, versus just starting the camera and figuring it out as they go. Great job.
@@WatchdogTactical nah bro UA-cam is hiding your shit. Don't be ignorant to that fact. Go and try and join any gun channel. UA-cam defaults the setting to "personalized" even if you have it set to "all". They do this to every gun channel. Maybe you don't call that "hiding" but it's most certainly not promoting you in anyway regardless of the algorithm. And it never will. You do guns on UA-cam, and they hate that.
In the process of buying one of these because of youtube reviews like yours. I especially like your review style. You got me looking at PCC's from PSA now too when I was just going to buy a threaded barrel for my Sig P226.
The Dead Air Wolfman looks so good and makes my MP5 class guns sound so good, they actually sound more expensive. That Mojave 9 is a tad more expensive itself because it's flow through, but I look at it and wonder how the heck do you clean that thing. Semper Fi.
"Self cleaning" is misleading. You won't get them clean. All you'll be able to do is knock some of the stuff off. Most manufacturers will even let you send in the can and they will properly clean it.
A lot of subguns I’ve found don’t like the truncated bullet shape of most 147gr 9mm ammo. I’ve not had bad luck with it in pistols but a lot of subguns are less reliable with it unfortunately. Someone needs to start making that ammo in ball FMJs.
@@cornbreadbrown4961 they do but they are plated. I shot them for a bit but kept finding a decent amount of copper plated shavings in my cans and was worried about potentially accelerating wear on my baffles so I went back to FMJs exclusively
Freedom Munitions makes round nose 147 and 165 grain HUSH FMJ ammo and at a good price too, case or 50 round box. They're shipping times have about come back to normal now too. I own four MP5 class guns an the ammo is made for em' all. Semper Fi.
I got one in jail. Yes u need piston spacer on fixed barrel. The dust you saw was jus part of the breakin on a printed can. New tech. Goes away after awhile. Dead air said I can shoot CCI Uppercut thru this can so its also gonna be used on my Mark IV. I’m also going to use it on my 300 blk with supers and subs. Full auto rated with 300 blk subs. Supers only rated for semi, which is all I do anyhow.

UA-cam hides your channel, I literally lurk on here daily and JUST came across your channel. Keep up the good work, subbed!
It's not really that it's "hiding" It. UA-cam's algorithm is all about popularity. It'll take some time! Happy you found the channel!

It's self cleaning just like my omega 9k

"Self cleaning" suppressors are like armor piercing water gun ammo.
@@johnroper3077 No they actually aren't I have several.

What a coincidence, i was just checking out the Mojave 9 on Dead Air's website and then i see your review on youtube.

Yeah don’t be shooting it with a booster on a rifle need a fixed barrel spacer
another great introduction, who the heck are you? name please. are we to call you HEY YOU?!!?
HA! CJ owner of Watchdog Tactical in Charlotte, NC
Nice
That sounds pretty fkn loud for 9mm. I'd have to say from audio the Wolfman is a way better choice.
So what's the difference between that and the Odessa 9?
3d printed. Material. Flow-through. Modularity. Weight... shall I continue?
That does not sound like a suppressor that's just a blast tube
sro
Do you mispronounce Mojave on purpose?
