@@eagleeric2598 yeah very true. when men were men. remember kerry hamsley from balmain. his older brother head butted my dad at darlington point oval. group 20 riverina division. he was sent of and was swinging punches at everyone. even the local policeman who used to watch the games had to arrest him when he was leaving the oval. cant remember but i think he had a go at the police officer to. pretty sure he got suspended indefinately. they were wild and wooly back then.
@@eagleeric2598 your wellcome love your chanel. scotty wilson was the best park footballer ive ever seen. i played with him at the state school boys knockout 1981-2. we come third in the state. maroubra junction. he was a level above everyone. i played in the mathew shield side with jim dymock jim serdaris charlie saab glen kelly x boxer darcy trindle corey stewart lapa stewarts son. paul saits son we called him stitch. blake taafes dad. brendon sims erics son.and others i can think about at the moment. i played for lapa-moorepark-mascot-maroubra-south eastern-coogee wombats-mittagong group 6-darlington point group 20. we won the guildford cup with coogee wombats. 1991-2 our 5/8 at mittagong in 1995 when we won the comp. was matty cornwell he played with scotty wilson in the nsw under 16s side. he told me scotty carved the queenslanders up scoring all the points for nsw 26. i played cricket with scotty in the under 12s state side. he could have made it in cricket as well. he also went to the pan pacifics athletics for marathon running. sorry buddy for taking up time but but i could talk about stories all day.
