- Here we work through an example Chi-Squared test with data from a Dihybrid cross. It includes determining the expected ratios (which is practice at carrying out a dihybrid cross with two heterozygous individuals). If you are comfortable with expected ratios, skip to 3:37 for determining if there is a significant difference between the observed and expected data for the cross.
This was well done. I especially appreciate your final explinateion of the meaning of the rejection as opposed to the acceptance, this is where I feel we get lost after all the work, what does this relally mean. Thank you so much...Reminds me of ,"Hitchhikers Guide to the Galixy." we have the answer 42 now what was the question!!!
