On this tour we are exploring a very decayed, very moldy, but yet beautiful and extremely interesting time. Capsule Left behind when the owner passed away in 2022!!
Pictures of him and the family all over remind us of who is most important and who we need to spend most time with, our loved ones!!
Sadly no one has come to claim any of the items and the house and property are now up for sale to tear down the house and build new.

For years ive been watching urbex video's of the craziest everything left houses and brother, this is surely one of them! Great find
hey brandon what a place this was sure was a lot of stuff left behind house full of decay and mildew very sad to see a place left behind after the owner passing away nice explore brandon cheers for sharing.
Mold grows very fast. If the basement got severely flooded and then they had a few days of very hot and humid weather, a lot of that mold could have grown in a single week. Then repeat that process multiple times over a couple summers and that is the result. You should wear respirators to avoid inhaling any bad mold. There was certainly bad mold in that house.
At one point this looks like a normal household of regular folks living a normal life, then it ends and so much gets abandoned and trashed.

While I like when you explore houses with alot of stuff in them, this house was so gross with all the mold. Kudos to you for filming it.

But that food with a 2022 expiration date didn't walk itself in there. It had to have been occupied in that year, or thereabouts. If it was a hoarding situation, it could have gone south much more quickly.

Great video..thank you Brandon. To me this gives hoarder vibes. Wife died many years ago, he stayed in the house until his health got the better of him. Probably spent his last months living between his kitchen and living room, not going upstairs anymore. Also, the civic number on the phone and on the stairs above the phone tells me that he had family or people that cared about him but he absolutely refused to leave his home. This is really sad but it happens a lot with older people. Hope he is with loved ones again 🕊

Everytime I moved I took Everything with me. I wouldn't Dare leave a dirty fridge behind, you clean out the house plain and simple

Strange one here - you were talking so low (almost mumbling) through the house tour but at the end "synopsis" you finally talked loud and clear! Place looked tossed like a salad so don't know if the person(s) living here were hoarders or simply had a lot of stuff scattered by various intruders or ruffians. Saw record player but no records - also saw empty CD case and empty spaces on shelves so maybe some things were stolen or recovered by family. One thing for sure - it was a holy mess!
