When a duct passing through one fire zone to another fire zone then we are using Fire damper for preventing fire passing. And also use in AHU room for preventing AHU

I highly recommend that you familiarize yourself with psychrometrics if you want to truely understand how a chilled water coil controls RH.
You should understand Psychometric chart and you can use heating or heater in your Ahu Cooling coil to control the RH level in the desired Room
