Such an excellent representation of the mission passed themes in GTA games. It's a small feature that we don't usually realise when playing - but can make a world of difference to the tone of the mission/game. Kinda a big reason why the GTA IV mission passed themes are done so well. Each sound has a tone and feel that reflects the players experiences to the character - which reflects on the type of decision the player made.
Fun fact: there was originally meant to be 6 mission passed themes for gta 5, 2 for the 3 main characters. You can find them in the files and if im not mistaken theres tons of videos you can watch about it and a mod that adds them in.
