Thanks for watching!
Glad you liked You Like It Darker! King is impressive with writing characters, and I love that he experiments with horror, magical realism, and a blend of other genres.
Thanks for the quickie reviews Josh! Glad you liked this one. I’ll read it eventually.
I thought it was a very solid collection. A handful a standout stories.
What a great project, have fun with filming all the instalments! I am super eager to read this new collection, I feel like it will be a great way for me to get excited about King again!
Thanks, Esmay! And indeed King’s short fiction is pretty great. I hope I can be of help with these videos!
Great video! I'll look forward to this series and I really like the format you've chosen 👍 Danny Coughlan's Bad Dream was my favourite story out of the whole collection!
Yes! That was a great novella for sure. Thanks for checking out the video!
I’ll look forward to hearing you talk about King’s other short story collections. I’ve never read any of them even though I’ve read a lot of King, but I plan to remedy that.
His short fiction output is really great!
Only book I have read are the dark tower series and odd short story I would I like the list you did a few vids back and may work from it I fancy short story and starting from the beginning so if you are doing more on his short I would like to hear more thanks great vid I have this one and can’t wait to read thanks
Thanks! Look for a similar video about Night Shift in a few months!
Is there a good amount of politics? A lot about Covid? If so, it's a pass for me. Thank you for this video bc I was wondering what you thought!
There are a few references here and there but nothing quite as blatant as in Holly. I wasn’t distracted by it like in that book.
@@RedFuryBooks ok, perfect. Thank you!
Do you think I could read this if I haven't read Kujo? I know the premise of Kujo, I just don't know the specifics.
It does give you the ending of Cujo, so if you want to avoid the end of that book, you should skip the novella Rattlesnakes.
