The most mind blowing thing I find about this is that this is approximately how long it takes for old Wanda to kill dragonfly. Willow looks so fun to play now.

@@BoloDeMacacoo I'm sorry but I do not believe that. I'd be surprised If they could catch fire, as fw can't. and her combustion perk or whatever only works on hostile creatures, so i don't think woven shadows or shadow hands would work. but maybe I'm wrong
@@ameslarii Have you tried the bernie burning skill-tree versus bosses? I'm not a Willow main so I will have to unlock her skill-tree + beat FW and CC for the lunar and shadow branches. Just wondering what her DPS is like with a burning bernie + darksword because beating FW on console (Switch) with weather pains is really really difficult so I'm just trying to anticipate how to beat him really quickly (I mean I guess gunpowder might work).

Great job! Would you try new Willow vs Bee Queen,or Fuelweaver? I tried it and it was really easy fights.
yes, I tested it, the fights really turned out to be very cheap and easy, the amount of ember some might consider high, but it's something you can farm easily

@@Gabriel.780.i you can easily get ton of ember from killing weak burning creatures like spiders, bees, butterflies, batilisks, hounds, mosquitos, etc.
@@Gabriel.780.i From what I've seen from other play-tests it's pretty simple. She plays almost like Wendy when farming. Just drop 5+ spider nests near your base and use combustion + whack them manually. You should be able to get 40+ embers relatively quickly.
@@Gabriel.780.i At the beginning of the game, for each creature you kill you can hit it with the lighter first, which will always guarantee you an ember, and as time passes you can farm it massively, in bee, monkey, spider biomes.

im curious, why do you swap football helmets ? and when do you do it? just after every swing ? after every time you are hit? just rapidly?
When I change my helmet at the right time I can cancel the attack animation, making me gain extra hits in the same amount of time
Example: no change helmets i do 6 hits, cancel i do 7 hits, cancel + speed i do 8-9 hits

I used to play with my friend who was wendy and I was willow and we could easily kill dfly without any walls due to Bernie tanking and Abigail killing lavae easily, but now that willow is a pyromancer, she can easily solo dfly without walls.
Willow is just perfect for this fight now isn't she?

why dfly is not despawn when she reaches outside her lava ponds?
because every time we use the pan flute it is as if it redefines its spawn area, i.e. from that point on there is an imaginary circle that if we go beyond it it will run away, but we put it back to sleep, creating a new spawn, repeating this cycle

If you didn't have blue flame could you do this with a few extra bernies? Blue flame isn't so easy to use on the console (Switch) and I really like fireball + burning Frenzy.
yes, definitely, but I recommend you not leave the arena, it's easier for you to stay in the arena and use the bernie for the larvae, normally 1 is enough, but you can take another one or a sewing kit, and then you kill the larvae and pay Pay attention when the Dragonfly stops spawning and comes after you, for you can use the flute and kill the remaining larvae

You have to put her to sleep so her spawn will be reset, but remember that the place she sleeps will become her new area, that is, she has a range that she cannot pass.

Are you using Lunar Bernie? If so, is there any point in using him? Are these enemies considered "shadow aligned?"
I'm using it because the defense and planar attack is only activated when you choose one of the sides (lunar or shadow), and in a whole context the lunar side is the perfect one, because it also allows us to deal more damage to shadow creatures, which is what artoments Bernie all the time, as well as to kill bosses like Fw, shadow pieces, ink blights, among other shadow monsters
Don't know why they didn't fixing that pan flute dragonfly glitch, but it's still fun thing.

you need to have 6 points on the bernie side and 7 points on the light side, completing 13 points, which leaves 2 points remaining and with them you get the lunar bernie and the lunar flame
Haven't fought Dfly in a while but it's she only dropping lavae because you took her far from the lava pool or if this a mechanic she has when she's angry?

unpopular opinion: i dislike Bernie and the fact he's just another battle fighter, i just want to play willow and cast on my fire weaponary without the need to use any skill points on him.. but maybe that's just me 😅
serious? I really love Bernie, he was the one who attracted me to playing Willow, But I understand you, but I understand you i know other people who have the same opinion
