I just scored this kit at my local hobby store for 45€, almost feel bad to pay such a low price for such a lovely kit:) So much detail, a lot(!) of photo etch, turned aluminum barrel and the figures are beautiful too! This will be my second tank, as i usually build mostly planes and maybe some cars. Already looking forward to the holidays:)
I got mine as a "Deal of the Day" from Sprue Brothers. I felt the same way - what a great deal! I hope you'll pick up some stuff based on my mistakes along the way!
Good build video John. Your photography skills are very good with this episode, especially the close-up shots. Very clear and concise. Individual track links? Ugh!

Thanks Kip! I tried to be conscious of framing shots and focus. And took a lot more video than I used. The track links are killing me!
The Tamiya olive drab is really dark. To lighten it up use flesh or buff. Don't use white.it is too stark.
Thanks for that - I’ve been looking into various manufacturers OD. More coming on that soon.
It doesnt have wings?
🤔 Not this time around. I'll be starting the F-5E build soon...
