Have to admit I am looking forward to 10.2 resto shaman. I wasn’t around when these dungeons were out in previous expansions so I have lots of learning to do, great video dude.
Thank you Zuco. I'm just a casual player but I really enjoy watching your videos. This rolling buff style of play seems sort of similar to holy paladin glimmer of light.
Chain heal got buffed today by 20%! Thanks for the video I was pretty bummed about resto shaman at first but this gives me a little hope.. tier seems to be pretty decent
healing stream totem is the better M+ route for healing as resto shaman. You can have 3-4 down at a time with totematic recall. I would go all on haste this season with tier set and stream ticks as well!
@@bertsvello It's not actually. I've done a bunch of dungeons on the PTR now on Resto Shaman (10+), and the Tier feels really good now. The extra 5 seconds we just got to the buff duration is massive! You can easily have 3-4 Resevoir's out consistently in a dungeon. It helps add an extra layer of passive HPS that feels really nice to have in moments with a lot of damage going out. This combined with the buffs to ST healing (Healing Stream, Wave and Surge all getting 20-30% buffs), and Resto Shaman feels incredible to play! :)
I have question its probably a no. Does the healing wave that is done by primordial wave apply reservoir to all the clone healing wave that go out on everyone with riptide already active?
It does not unfortunately. But, it's honestly quite easy to have 2-3 Reservoir's going at a time without trying. It would be awesome to instantly have 4-5, but no.
[TOPIC-QUESTION] Is chainheal really nerfed or are the other skills that are buffed and chainheal looklike not enough? [OFFTOPIC-QUESTION] Any idea of when 10.2 will be released? Someone said 4th October, other said mid Octorber
Hey! First question: 1. Chain Heal is still a strong healing even without any of the talents that support it. In all of my dungeons I've tested on the PTR, Chain Heal is still doing 8-10% of my healing even though I'm all in on Riptide for my talents. 2nd Question: 2. My guess is on early November for the release of the next patch. That gives the raid testing and tier set tuning another month to get done. If the patch started early November, it would also give the race to world first guys a chance to get the raid finished before Christmas.
you were scaled to 454 in that M+, you went from 645k hp to 637k most likely because your weapon and offhand are scaled down to 454, so you lose the slightest bit of HP. If that was 440 then I would think you would be below 600k.
Giving me a hope that I can do 25s on rhsman on next patch. Hpala on live is fun but rshaman seems so sad in pugs. Tried riptide build and it sure is fun, with PW everything seems to work well. HST did a lot of healing, damn.
Don't know if the logs for this run are still available to you, but I'd really like to see the effectiveness or Resurgence since it got nerfed. Can you tell, give or take, how much mana it has returned?
Yeah, so the logs bugged out for that run, but I've done a bunch of other dungeons and I am consistently gaining around 220k+ mana over the course of a dungeon from Resurgence. That's almost my entire mana bar at least once over the course of a dungeon. It's not as good as some other healers, especially Disc Priest with Mindbender or Holy Pally. However, I will say this. Mana felt like a non-issue for me in all of the dungeons I've done (10+ at this point on PTR). The reason for that is because the new build I'm using just doesn't use very much mana at all. It's not focused on Chain Heal anymore, but rather, Riptide, Healing Wave and HST, which are some of the cheapest spells we have. Anytime I do need to do big triage healing, I always use Nature's Swiftness on at least 1 Chain Heal, which saves 12,000 mana. So yeah, with this new build, you really won't need a mana-returning trinket like Rashok's, we will be able to heal multiple pulls in a row before needing to sit and drink. :)
Also, @bertzilla If you want a bit more info, go check out my Discord (linked below the video). I've got a Resto Shaman channel in there and I just posted a bunch of screenshots of recent dungeons I've been doing on the PTR. :)

It absolutely is! The Tidal Reservoir's are mini Beacons for Riptide healing. Super cool idea from Blizz.
Dont forget , Zuco is casual too :)

Really appreciate the resto content. This tier set looks really fun, but a lot of people have been panning it bc they don’t like the gameplay
Spreading Reservoirs is like a daunting chore! Can't understand why is only single target skills that apply it.
Unfun to say the least

@@ZucoWoW there's still hope for restosham :') I'm ready to reroll ele depending on how it goes (also expecting some ele nerfs in the near future)
@@bertsvello I'm doing a video on Ele right now! It'll be up soon :)
Pretty much all of the tidal reservoir was over healing though :(

I like your ElvUI wich only uses the group frames skin. Is there a way to get your profile? Thanks in advance :)
Lol, I don't use Elvui. :)
I'm just using the new base Blizzard UI.
Oh, much better then. Just found out i can set the frames with class colors :| Thought it was an addon
