I had the same idea of using craft wood from dollar tree, but mine is abit bigger than this one only because I wanted to make room for more puppet master figures like leech woman and decapritron and other accessories. I’ll be showing mine off on UA-cam soon. Either way you did a nice job on yours so I like it
With the comedy and drama masks, I know I have/had those...just can't freakin' think what figure those came with. I'm thinking a McFarlane figure from back in the day. *5:12 Oh yeah, Dawn...so I _do_ still have those masks! Glad I kept that amazing figure with all the accessories, so if I one day wanna tackle this project, it'll make things a lot easier.
Decapitron is the name of the puppet u're thinking of. The 1 that changes his heads & has the soul of the Puppet Master, himself: André Toulon & Leech Woman's husband. Yea, it'd be cool to see NECA make him as well, as well as Mephistopheles.

I feel strongly that Neca will do a Leech woman. Definitely the most terrifying puppet imo.
