I can’t see any photo on my Anytrans app when I connect my iPhone to my system. Been trying to delete some photos but there’s no delete option in my iPhone. So I tried to connect to PC, yet no picture is showing in the gallery. How can I resolve this please
Hi! Some customers may encounter the same issue because they sync device photos to iCloud. The photos on iPhone are thumbnails instead of original ones. In this case, the photos cannot be detected by AnyTrans app. To solve this issue, would you please try the below instructions to solve this issue? 1. Please check whether all photos are viewable on your iOS device. 2. If not, please connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi. Then, please go Settings > iCloud. Please check whether you have turned iCloud Photo Library and choose Optimize iPhone Storage option. If so, it would cause that your photos are uploaded to iCloud and do not exist in your device temporarily. 3. Then, to solve this issue, please choose Download and Keep Originals option.
