A Day in the Life of an Ontario Volleyball Referee: Martin Kerstens

Martin Kerstens is a Level 4 (National) referee in indoor volleyball and a Level 3 referee in beach volleyball. He is also a member of the OVA's Referee Development Team (RDT) where he supervises and mentors referees who are climbing the ranks. This is a day in the life of Martin on RDT duties at the 2024 Ontario Championships.
