  • Partner warm-up sequence A (Fun one)
    Sequence of Movements:
    Partner leapfrog (50m)
    Partner side frog (50m)
    10 Partner squat
    10/10 Partner Pistol
    10 Partner burpee to high 5
    10/10 Partner push-ups
    Things to consider:
    10 Partner squat
    *Start with arms fully locked out and grasp each others wrists.
    10/10 Partner Pistol
    *Use each other as much as needed. Grasp the upper arm. Stand side by side.
    10 Partner burpee to high 5
    *Mark where you will put your hands for the burpee. The hand placement will prevent headbutting.
    10/10 Partner push-ups
    *Grasp the hip bones. Pull up and your partner pushes up. Move a little faster than you think you should.
