    My own findings.
    Weight of Turbine 1395grams / 3.07 Lbs.
    ECU Weight 43 grams
    Fuel Pump 97 grams
    Cables and Filter 61 grams
    Total Weight with running equip. 1,594 Grams/ 3.51 Lbs.
    From My Test, the turbine used 385 ml/min at max rpm, 130,000 RPM
    At 130k, Thrust Topped out at 26.6 Lbs / 12.1Kg / 121 Newtons
    Turbine was tested at 3200 Feet Above Sea Level. The lower level of thrust is very typical for the elevation we are at. We generally see about a 15% Decrease in thrust.
    Temperature during test was about 12-15 degrees celcius.
    Kerosene was the fuel used for testing and was mixed with 5% Kingtech Oil.

    As they're designed to be moving quite quickly when at higher throttle settings, maybe have a decent fan unit (edf would be ideal,on one cell less than spec.) to fire a simulated airstream at the inlet?! You're already wearing cans, so it wouldn't hurt to try it and see...😮😊 Love your attention to details, making each build truly custom.

    Been thinking about that engine. I am a JetCentral guy and love the lua app with my Jeti radio. If I get that engine it will be a different GUI on my Jeti. Have to think about it.

      There are Lua Apps available for Jeti with Swiwin. Also standard telemetry direct from the ECU works great.

      Yea, can do. It's typically easy if I get a new turbine in and run it on the test stand before install but I can probably still make it work on some of them.

    Dang that altitude really hurts them thrust numbers.i feel for ya .. but the swiwin turbines are just amazing. I got rid of all my kingtech turbines and All my jets now have swiwin turbines I couldn't be happier

      Yea it's amazing how the density altitude hurts the performance. on a hot summer day we could be at a density altitude of 5000-8000 ft ASL. Love the SWIWINS! best comment from my customers.........They Just WORK!

    Hello!Please,the Kero plug(burner)is internal?Need to disassemble the turbine tô exchange (to remove)? Yours channel is best!Thank you!

      Hello. Yes the glow ignitor is internal and requires dismantling of the turbine and re balancing. Thanks for watching!

    I fly the JR 28x and T44 have you been able to get any telemetry data from the Swiwin? I have a 140 on the way, thanks for the review 👍👍

      Hey Terry. I probably should be more of a fan of telemetry but sadly i'm not. In the interest of Swiwin and JR I did plug in a line from Telemetry on DRM/ECU to the input on a receiver. Nothing happened so I gave up.😂. V Speak does make a Telemetry Module that works with JR and it shows a bunch of info. I'm pondering on weather to stock these in the store but still thinking on it. I would have to try one first.

    I'm not familiar with the swiwin turbines but it does peak my interest, I've been running jetcats and kingtech's but I'm always looking for more options. Are you running turbine oil with the kerosene?

      Hey. Thanks for checking it out. I used to be exclusively Kingtech and just recently made the switch. Yea using 5% oil. I’m using KT oil as I have lots but the Swiwin engines are less picky on oil choice

      In my opinion jetcat are lagging behind now in smaller turbines thease are the way forward

    I have a question, what do you think, i want to sell my used Jetcat p60 from my AF MB339 to put in a Swiwin sw60b, is that a good option? The swiwin is newer, lighter and have less components to install...

      Thanks 😊. You will absolutely love that upgrade! Also your plane will fly better being lighter! Probably one of the biggest changes you will notice aside from weight is the throttle response

      Thanks Kim. Yes I think we will see a turbo prop in the future. I suspect they will focus on the 45 ish release first.

      The Swiwin 120 is basically a 140. So No real reason to do so. There will be a slight improvement in fuel savings.

    Hi there. I've been trying to help a friend to maiden his HSD Avanti with a SW80. But every time I hit 50% throttle the turbine shuts off. we tried several changes on the throttle settings without success. Could you please help? Thanks

    I am looking to put a 120 in a EA Viper Sport. The engine range is 85-120. Since SWIWN doesn't make anything in between would this make it a little heavy?

      Hello Brian. Depends on a few things. Are you flying at sea level or at some elevation? If your not at sea level a 120 would be ideal. If I was getting that plane for our elevation it would get a Swiwin 140. Same physical size and weight as the 120.

    It's a shame you lose so much thrust to the elevation. In Nova Scotia, we don't suffer that issue. Nice engines, and I just received a new X90 from Gaspar, and I'm amazed at the output these new generations of turbines that are very small compared to older turbines of the same N rating.

      Yea it does stink. I always knew we did but it is nice to see the actual number now that I have the test stand. We definitely have to plan for it. Yea it's crazy to go back 10 years and see how things have changed and improved! Love it!

    I've been flying the sw140b since 2019 but never tested static thrust... Was expecting a little bit more than 11kg tbh 😔

      I mentioned in the video and description that I am 3200 feet above sea level. DO keep in mind that at that elevation we loose about 15% ( +/-5% ) of thrust. So if your at sea level your likely getting 14kg.

      I have not. No problems with diesel for the turbine but I don't run Diesel. I suppose I should do a test with diesel on the next one I do a test on!

    A new Swin Win 12 kilo turbine engine worked for a few minutes and then the plane while traveling on the ground went into a pit and while working the nose of the plane broke and the batteries flew out of the plane and disconnected when reconnected this is what appears what to do?? ‏‪1:58‬‏ ua-cam.com/video/_3MizAKzMik/v-deo.html

      It appears you have a battery plugged into the ECU but it is showing 0.0V.
