I thought this was going to be "playing without cappy" (as said in the title), meaning no cap throws at all, not even for cap jumps or anything. But Min Caps Max Moons (what this actually is) is amazing, too.
There has been a SMO Hide and Seek without Cappy meaning exactly that. No cap to cap jump off. It is mentioned in the video that without Cappy you can't even get up Top Hat Tower in the first Kingdom. So the run pretty much dies there.

i have NEVER understood the CRC completely, but in the 30 seconds CJ took to explain it, I now know exactly how the trick works. The scripting, the editing, and the run are all so well done! This is an amazing video, great job CJ :D
