Prismatic Evolutions Pokemon Cards have been out for a few weeks and continue to be all the rage in the Pokemon Card collecting space. With Prismatic Evolutions Booster Packs still selling for double MSRP, the new release of Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Boxes and Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tins will hopefully help add some additional inventory to the crazy secondary market. The first SIR I pulled from SV was arcanine and for the longest time I believed there was a buzzwole all tough behind it. I thought “damn, weird choice cameo, could’ve included homies face but okay”. Months later I was looking at it and questioned if buzzwole wore a wrestling style champion belt with his face on it. No it doesn’t, learned he’s not even in that card, that’s arcanines hat. I can’t unsee it tho, it’s a headless fly.

This is amazing. I have yet to find any Prismatic at my local shops. I’m not going to wake up at 5am to get elbowed in the face for a few packs of cards. 😢 I’ll just wait till later this year when people have moved onto new sets.

So generous excited to open more prismatic tomorrow
I happened to walk in my local walmart today around 11:30am and saw the mj holding box and walked over to see them restocking. There was a line of 4 people and we started talking about how pokemon has been. They only restocked 1 box of the mini tins, and the lady stocking made sure to give us each 1 mini tin so no one was fighting over them lol. Crazy times!

The set is doing well but the eeveelutions are what are carrying the set. Supply has a huge affect to on some of these cards in my opinion. I’m happy to see the ceruledge and the roaring moon are holding strong. I’m sticking with Japanese on the singles until things cool down.

It's still crazy to me that I can't even find PE at any stores around me.
I literally walked in on the distributor restocking products while waiting for my prescription to be filled, by the time it was filled [hour or less] EVERYTHING was gone except some mystery packs.
@@Phenrex Thats crazy. I ran into my area distro on release day and she said they hadn't even given her and PE to stock the 3 targets in my area. Never seen that happen before.
I'm yet to pay over MSRP on anything Pokemon. I dont know how it is in the USA, but here in the UK, product is much more accessible. I opened 1 etb and 1 sticker pack. I was lucky enough to pull a SIR in 12 packs. I'm out haha. I remember opening over 200 packs of ES and never pulled an Alt Art 😂. I'm taking this as a win and just sitting on what I've ordered

Ill never understand why singles are so much cheaper than packs. People sort of forget the value of the cards. If packs are 15 bucks why would anyone sell a masterball for less than 20? The odds of any masterball is wild. It makes the price of packs even crazier because people kill the value by selling singles at a discount.

This master set would love marvelous next to my Japanese Umbreon and Sylveon SARs 😍
I got my two surprise boxes yesterday from the Pokémon Center. Managed to get a demigod pack in the third pack of the first box. Hit the Janine and Lacey SIRs and sandwiched between them was the... Umbreon SIR. Pretty stoked about the pulls because that was the last of my retail Prismatic and it may be a long time until I open more because I definitely ain't buying from scalpers. Need that fun cost to be as low as possible and I don't want to support the problem that's plaguing the hobby right now.

I'm going to try my luck tomorrow with the restock, but I wanted to get some advice. I don't want to be part of this scalper/flipper epidemic but if I'm able to get something I think with how bad the pull rates are it makes more sense to sell and try and buy the singles I want. But even then the main cards I want in the set are the eeveelution SIRs. So my question is if I get anything should I just rip and get what I get or sell and buy singles?
