With no comment either way regarding Palestine/Israel issues, what I find odd is the response to the protests. I am recalling nationwide campus protests during the Vietnam war. There was not the same pushback against occupying portions of campuses (buildings being taken over, about the same responses then). Then again, in those days, it was strictly for the government to stop the war. There was not nearly as much trouble between factions on both sides of the issue.
Democracy can be messy sometimes.
If you’re putting your hands on an officer or anyone for that matter, you’re no longer a protester, you’re now a criminal

@Smartz118 critical thinking applied incorrectly is destructive. Apply it to sciences and academics but to social subjects lead to ppl judging others and we ha e no right to sit judge others, in judgement each person think they have a moral high ground when they don't!!

How is ANY PART of that definition "destructive"? Critical thinking is a rational and unbiased method to analyze anything, INCLUDING social subjects.
