for the pants, lay them out and sprinkle baking soda on them, leave over night and then vaccuum up the baking soda/ do a delicate wash in the machine.. i had a suede couch and it really helped with smell!

in the future you could try putting things that smell in a ziploc bag and put it in the freezer! its not really technically good for suede/leather things, but for things that are thrifted and low risk, its not the worst thing in the world.

Lysol multipurpose is the best thing to clean the bathroom with.
I have 2 sets of sheets, but the top sheet is designed to kinda absorb stuff rather then the comforter. I have a washer/dryer in one and it takes forever, but I wash/switch out my sheets twice a month. Comforter is like once a month, and I have a cat so I usually put a blanket over the comforter. Pillow cases are washed with sheets.

Use the downy rinse and refresh to get the smell out!! I had this problem for the longest time with my thrifted clothes, but if you soak them for a few hours in downy rinse and refresh and water the smell will be gone completely 🙌🏻
Another method of getting rid of cigarette smoke is putting them item ins garbage bag and covering it with baking soda and letting it sit like that for a few days!
