- Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. This week I'm showing you how to make this pretty gumpaste / sugar gypsophila, also know as baby's breath which you can then add onto your cakes. This is perfect for wedding cakes, birthday cakes or baby shower cakes. You can then either use the gypsophila on it's own or combine it with other sugar flowers.
I really hope you enjoy the tutorial and you'll be able to use it to make your own gypsophila / baby's breath cake. Thank you so much for watching and don't forget to subscribe for more cake decorating tutorials!

I'm so glad you like it, thank you. I hope the tutorial with be useful to you.
Beautiful decoration. Just loved it. Please let me know the difference between fondant and gumpaste.
Hi Neelam, Thank you so much. In terms of fondant and gumpaste, fondant which is also known as icing or sugar paste is used as a covering for cakes. It does set, but usually remains slightly soft for when you eat it. Gumpaste or floral paste sets completely solid. Making it great for sugar flowers or toppers. Even though it is made of sugar you don't usually each gumpaste / floral paste as it is so hard.
@@CakesbyLynz thanks a ton Lynz for letting me know the difference. I am a great fan of yours and have learnt a lot from you 🙏 I am pleased to tell you that I am a home baker from Allahabad, India and have just started. By the Grace of God I am doing quite well. love your tutorials ❤️
Hey mam 😍❤
Hi, Thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoy the tutorial x
How do I make field buttercus please?
Isn't baby's breath a toxic flower?
I think that’s why she’s making fake ones
Too long to do😔
It does take a bit of time to make all the flowers but I always think once they are added onto the cake it's worth it.
@@CakesbyLynz slightly time consuming but no more than any other filler flowers 🤔👍🫶 thanks
BABYS BREATH IS TOXIC FOR YOU!! 😭
She knows thats why she’s making a faux version
Beautiful, thank you so much for sharing. Your very talented
