In europe there's no respiratory therapist everything is done by the nurses, they document directly in the nurses notes whatever interventions made

Please how do I become icu nurse as a nurse with foreign degree
Please I am from Pakistan and I applied for nursing scholarship though Eurasia institute. They give me choice for the selection of university, so please would you tell me which university is best for me to get admission there in Germany. Heidelberg university, university of barlin, Rostock, Dresden, Halle and Jena university.
( Please suggest me one of these or from your choice.)

Hello thank you for subscribing 😊. Yes we can choose our shift ourselves and I guess it depends upon where you work too. Where i work Night shift isn’t compulsory for everyone. Good luck 👍

In USA, CRRT is strict 1:1 ratio. And we have RTs so we don't need to do the nebulizer tx, change vent filters/tubing, or do abg. You're amazing to manage all of this yourself. 😳
Hello, how many patients do you have on one shift ?
In Georgian Republic, one nurse takes care to 4,5,6 patients on the shift.
It depends upon which hospital you are working. Hospital where I work we have nurse patient ratio in morning and evening shift 1:2-3 and in Night Shift 1:3-4

Lovely video... I'd love to work as a nurse in Germany. I'm an undergraduate nursing student (BSc(Hons) in Nursing) in Srilanka. Currently, I'm in my final year. After my graduation, I'm planning to migrate to Germany. So can I become a nurse in Germany? Can you give some information about what are the requirements to become a nurse in Germany for graduate nurses?
First thing you need is German language minimum till B1 or B2 would be better. After that choose a state of Germany where you want to work then search for Recognition authority in this particular state and apply for Recognition from Srilanka directly. After 3-months you will get a letter that says either to give exam or attend extra course in Germany. Then come to Germany for course and work at the same time as a nurse assistant and get paid.

In ICU we have mostly 1:3 sometimes 1:4 too. In normal ward 1:12-14 but we have Assistant worker, volunteer, students

Mam as compared to hospital nursing home are good
I think both are okay. It’s personal interest where to work. But I personally prefer to work in Hospital so that I can learn everyday different cases and be updated

You need to learn at first German language till B2 level and then apply for nursing recognition in Germany. After that you need to give exam in Germany or attend extra training course. For that you can go to Germany and complete nursing lincense and then you will be able to work as a nurse. Good luck

Hello yes you work too. You need to learn at first German language till B2 and apply for Recognition from India. You will get letter that says to give exam of attend extra course. To study this course you can come to Germany complete course and get recognition. After that you can work in Germany
