In order to determine which US city is the worst (or best), we first separated them into different groups based on their size:
Big Cities (Metropolitan population OVER 3 million residents)
Medium Cities (Metro population between 1.5 to 3 million)
Small Cities (Metro population UNDER 1.5 million)
We then analyze their economy, crime and safety, cost of living, schools, health, traffic, things to do, quality of life, and a few other categories. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the worst and best places to live.
My biggest suggestion is to visit these cities and states first to decide where you want to move to.

Milwaukee is actually really great. Sure, it has its problems, but so does every city. I always expect it to be on these worst city lists, but really, most of its problems are designated to pockets that you wouldn’t go to unless you lived there anyway. The drunk driving problem is citywide, but then again, it’s also practically state-wide. I’m not as familiar with the other cities you mentioned, but I’ve been to all of them except Sacramento; I imagine those cities also have their great and amazing features as well.

I thought Cincinnati,Milwaukee,St.Louis,Chicago,Cleveland were u.s.major cities.I can see Indianapolis being a medium city or that what alot of people say.I remember this guy that said that in college students from Minneapolis,Detroit, and St.Louis use to make fun of this dude that was from Indianapolis because that dude would say that he knows about that big city life and those dudes laughed at him saying you don't squat about a major city.Go ahead and try Minneapolis,Detroit, and St.Louis.Those guys mocked at that Indianapolis guy and tell him to shut his cornfield country ass up.Indianapolis was small before they annexed the the whole county into city limits.Them Minneapolis,Detroit, and St.Louis did have a point.

You need to do more research on St. Louis. You list the Metro Population in the video (2,804,.700), but use only the crime stats for St. Louis city population (which is roughly 300K).
