Thanks for posting a camping video. It brought back so many childhood memories. We used to camp in Ocala at a campground called Silver Glen. It was our home away from home every weekend. Also, like you, we used a tent never an rv. It really is the only way to camp!!! Now that our weather is a little cooler here in Florida I hope you get to camp more often and keep posting those videos!!! Thanks for the wonderful trip down memory lane. Cheap Seat Nation forever!!!
I would be with Mary on this one. My dad made us camp when I was a teenager and I dreaded it every time. It was nice to wake up in the fresh air but sleeping with the wildlife, taking community showers and having to set up and breakdown the site was the pits. Give me a nice 4 or 5 star hotel, where you have a shower, a nice bed and you don't have to fear the creatures. Anything below a 4 star you may have to fear the creatures. Thanks for sharing Kyle.
Ha! There was definitely fear of the creatures in the middle of the night. I slept great until I heard something outside of the tent. Awesome experience though!
I love these types of videos! Theme park vlogs are fun, but can get repetitive. I love the outdoors and cool to see what FLA has to offer. Also, awesome to see the launch!
i love salt springs kyle. awesome vid! that coleman stove is a workhorse. i've had mine for years and it gets abused and keeps on ticking! i really like your griddle attachment for the steak. i love trying out all the campgrounds around FL. i hope you get to make more of these videos!
The griddle was great, but I think I'll stick to pots/pans on the burners in the future. The steak and eggs came out great, but the uneven heat from the burners didn't work as well as I would have liked with the griddle. Definitely looking forward to making more camping vids.
@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats Thanks for the review on the griddle. There are times when I go camping I will pre-make my meals but put them in vacuum sealed bags so I just boil the bags for meals. But nothing beats cooking a steak when camping :).
I only went camping once in my life at this state park. It was truly a life changing experience I went 4 wheeling hiking and saw a black bear so heed that warning.
Got to say Kyle I am totally with Mary on this one, bad enough camping in the UK where all we have to worry about is rain😂, give me a caravan or RV any day. The springs looked beautiful is it somewhere you can take your kayak?
I love your nature videos. As someone else mentioned, the theme park videos have become repetitive. So many vloggers covering the same material. Was hoping you'd see some manatees. I've always wanted to be somewhere where you see lots of stars without a lot of the ambient city lights. I keep being told that camping is fun and relaxing, but not sure how relaxed I'd be when a bear slashed its' way into my(of course it would be mine) tent.
Tent camping in Bear and Wild Cat country is too risky. Just like swimming around Gators in Florida too! I've got too much invested in my life to take that chance.

Loved this video Kyle. Area looked so beautiful x
Thanks so much!
I for one love the nature videos. I enjoy seeing Florida nature
Great way to get away, especially before it gets cooler next week.
Definitely! It was great to be away for a bit and anxious to find more spots to set up camp in the future.
Loved this video! 👍. Do what you love to do. We will follow and enjoy!
Awesome! Thank you!
Great video matey, was a nice change of pace to theme parks, Hope you do more and get Mary to join you 👍
Thank you!
Great video; Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy holidays!

Glad you enjoyed! We'll have to do more vids like this in the future!

Pretty interesting
I'm glad you are tenting. That's a real camping. If I'm going in an RV, then better I rent a cabin.
Very nice.
Thank you!
It looked like a nice place. I would only do it in a camper though. Your steak looked delicious!.
The steak was awesome! I thought it may be a last meal after getting the run down about the bears from the staff while checking in. :)
Nice video.
Cool you guys went camping.
Thanks for watching!
@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats welcome
This looked such an awesome experience cool video 🙂👍
Thank you 🤗
We loved this, really enjoy these sort of videos. It really got us thinking about the potential to travel in Florida. Looks absolutely spectacular ⭐🌞🏕
There is so much to do outside of the theme parks!

I’ve been a scout and camped all over the place in England, but never in Florida lol 😂
Definitely worth checking out!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy holidays!

Happy holidays!
Happy Thanksgiving Kyle! This is a side of you that I have never seen... kinda nice. 👍
Thank you!
Love the outdoor part of the channel. What app were you using to ID those stars?
I believe the app is called Night Sky in the Apple store.
@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats thanks
Really nice 👌
Thank you!!

Yeah, I'm Team Mary! No camping for me of any sort, I want room service, walls, fridge etc lol, a beautiful place well shot though dude
Thank you! I can definitely appreciate a good hotel. It was nice to get away from everything for a bit!

I really enjoyed watching this! However, I'm with Mary - I wouldn't be staying in a tent when there are bears and snakes around!
Good point! I need an upgrade on the tent side for a quick escape!
If you’re not sure what something is don’t just make it up. It hurts your credibility.
