Assuming that Mewtwo knows only special attack moves (big ‘if’), running Assault Vest while using Struggle Bug & Acid Spray could make Mew a great support Pokémon.
That stream was fun and I was glad to suggest the bug mew with struggle bug and bug buzz and also thankful that I helped you find out acid spray was a tm
I'm going to start with a dark-tera Mew until we see what Mewtwo's moveset is, hopefully the fight ends up feeling like a challenge.
It likely will have shadowball and aurasphear for coverage with the later being a level up move for it but considering mewtwos coverage the only types I don’t see it maybe using in the raid are poison steel bug rock and ground
@@BluMNBafnGamingexactly I was thinking every Mewtwo I ever fought had aura sphere so I bug is the way to go or ghost maybe?
@@GildedWarrior331 considering the 7 star raid Pokémon always have some sort of coverage if possible it will likely have shadowball aswell making bug a better option than ghost. However I’ve never seen a mewtwo pack poison or steel moves normaly hense why fairy is so good. You can still run your ghost dark or bug moves but also get recovery off draining kiss as stab and run acid spray on mew so draining kiss heals even more bc it’s a special move. Snarl to drop mewtwos special attack and pollen puff for bug to hit super effective or heal an ally that needs it all while building up to Tera super early on
Well, it seems like it was, and having one leech life attacker and one light screen/struggle bug support is a must

remember when mew was rare? now most people have three. idc that much since arceus is still super rare but some people are gonna hate that.
i got a steel type mew, so i think i'll do a tanky setup with like venoshock, life dew, flash canon, and light screen or something like that.

I have all the resources to build a Pokémon for the mewtwo event. Just going to wait until mewtwo’s move set has been revealed before I commit to a Tera type and move set.
Yeah I made the mistake of completely building my Mew for dark tera only to realise that it will probably know Aura Sphere
Tera fairy mew with max hp and special attack evs moves snarl acid spray draining kiss and pollen puff I can drop its special attack 3 times Tera hopefully before shield acid spray twice then draining kiss off plus big root and pollen puff to heal ally’s for 50 percent while mewtwos special attack is lowered
I like this, I want to keep fairy Tera on my Mew
@@BlerdrevolutionBRGpls Wierdly mine came with Tera fairy also with 5 max ivs in hp defense special attack special defence and speed 0 attack ivs and rash nature in scarlet while the one I got in violet came with Tera fighting only 3 perfect ivs and a less than ideal nature 😂 my friends said I was both blessed and cursed with rng

I don’t see Blissey doing that well against Mewtwo. Mewtwo learns Psystrike, whi ch does physical damage like Psyshock but with power of 100, not to mention it has pretty good Attack stat as well.

I say go dark tera, max hp max spc attack, acid spray,nasty plot, dark pulse and life dew holding shell bell boom it’s ded
The problem is if mewtwo has a fighting move your dark type gonna get killed hella fast after terraforming
I’m hoping not but if it does I have a normal Tera and a psychic just in case
Yeah, this whole build falls apart if Mewtwo has coverage for dark tera, I would hold off on building Mew till the event releases

I got a dark Tera Mew I made a decent moveset for him and hopefully mewtwo doesn’t have a fighting move
Considering aura sphear is a level up move on mewtwo is the only reason why I am not to sure about dark being a good idea but then again my news Tera fairy and built to debuff and provide suport and tank not to do a lot of damage so dark could be pretty strong especially if the damage you do is a lot more than what mewtwo is doing back
Let me just leave this idea here, I know it probably doesn't work on raids but still.
