I just got into Nier Automata thanks to the anime--I've always adored 2B's design (it's incredibly unique and unlike any other character SE has put out). Super glad to add her to my collection! Love how thorough you were here too, once she comes in I know exactly how to work with her.
Now to add A2 to the collection later in the year too 😊
I made a mistake during the review and called her Aerith instead of Tifa in the size comparison. My mistake collectors!
I couldn't believe you called my girl Aerith! HAHA

I played this game for the first time tonight and instantly fell in love with it, even though I have to play the prologue again because I died. :)

Awesome unboxing, thanks for the video! Question: where did u buy yours? I pre-ordered them all ages ago on the Square Enix store but they just keep pushing the release date, so I've been considering cancelling :( this video made me reconsider tho, awesome figure.
Thanks man! She is an awesome figure along with the other 2 (A2 and 9S) and they display good with each other. I imported mine from AmiAmi. paid a little more for the DHL shipping but got it earlier than most stores. Thanks for the view and comment.

I can’t wait for mine to come ! I was reconsidering because of the scale as I normally buy 1/12 but I just couldn’t help myself getting all three my favourite game and the more you get through the endings the more you love the characters! Liked and subbed 😊
Nice video. Only concern I had that wasn't addressed {but mentioned) was how the hip joints work. It seemed like they ratchet somehow but I'm afraid to manipulate them too hard since my figures's are pretty tight. Any advice on that?
the hip joints do ratchet, it just takes a bit of force. i was afraid of breaking them at first too, but i've put her in several poses so far including one where she's kneeling on one knee and the joints are fine. you can bend the legs forward about 90 degrees and outwards about 45 degrees.
Same question I had here, and how I found this video - the printed instructions realllly could have been more clear on some things!
are the plays arts kai close to 1/6 scale because it would appear that way despite not having a scale.

Aside from the additional pieces, is there any quality difference from the normal and the deluxe version? Like stiffness or sth?
From my experience they both can be prone to QC issues. From the 3 deluxe I have one had loose ankle joints.
@@prockzilla4787 ah very well, when I think I WILL get the normal version. I have no interest for all the extra pieces. I just hope I am getting an original and not a Chinese knockoff. Maybe I can use a simple child glue to fix looseness

At the shin portion? Mine does stand a little different due to the angle of one legs, yes.
I was disappointed when i got this figure because when i got mine i bought the BRING Arts Kai, nit the PLAY Arts Kai (yes theres a difference). And now im trying to get mine returned so i can get the play arts

Mine sadly had a quality control on the crotch on both body part…. The discolored makes it lookslike worn panties…. The wasit aslo got some paint bleeding too
But over all im satisfied
Yeah on my regular version I had some paint rub too on the upper butt cheek area. Most of it came off and can only really be seen up close. Sorry that yours came with those issues and hopefully doesn't lessen the figure for you. Thanks for the view and awesome comment!
mine had issues too, send it back to the retailer and got them to change for a new one

The same company made a 1/12 scale 2B, she’s just not the “deluxe edition” so far as I know, deluxe just means she’s bigger than the normal 1/12th release
Play Arts Kai is biger than 1/12 .I think it close 1/6 or biger.
The other action figure 2B from same company maybe saying [Bring Arts ]series ,this series is close 1/12 .

@@alicethedragonprincess447 Yeah sorry. I don't think they have made small scale figures of them yet. The smallest I've seen was a statue but no figure.
@@prockzilla4787 well I was goona buy her and lighting farron but since there bit to out scale with my figmas I dont think they would look great together which sucks as both the deluxe version of 2B and lighting looked really good to add to the collection I'm jealous there they look so good but cant get and pose them with my figmas but this was a good review thank you
Dont worry, look up the Bring Arts 2B 2.0 version, its an updated version of 1.0 and its about 5"1/2 tall, great possibility
