- This was all shot at the PPA MN Indoor National Championships. I originally did it because I wanted to look at pro technique in slow motion for myself, but then I realized it's actually kind of satisfying to watch with some music haha. Hope you guys enjoy and get something out of this.

the common denominator beyond their technique, and maybe more importantly...they watch the ball on to their paddle. Awesome vid!

better than lessons 😉 I tried slowing down matches to study the strokes but couldnt get good quality. I am enjoying being able to see their grip and how much if any wrist action they are using in certain shots--very informative (not to mention grace and beauty with music)

Wow the team at 7:35 put their index finger on the paddle face similar to a table tennis shakehand grip…. Haven’t seen that in PB … I see how it helps with paddle face awareness but I’d worry about the loss of reach. Maybe they hold the handle lower for reaching shots or groundstrokes??

Thanks. How's the spin testing on Project 001 & Project 002 coming?
001 is terrible. It was ranging between 800 and 1200RPM. 002 is insane. 1800-2400RPM. Going to do more testing this week to verify
@@PickleballStudio 002 is insane , and I was a CRBN1 guy but no comparison if youre an aggressive player . 002 how soon before they ban it Ha!! love the 002

You can really see how soft the pros hands are in super slow mo. watching Jay closely I never once see him really bite down and over grip the paddle on any shots, unlike amateurs who even in real time you can see death grip their paddles.
Would love to see this with the focus on their hands and feet.
