I was the same when I started bigger mountains in Snowdonia! The more you do it the more comfortable you feel. I used to literally walk along saying things like “trust your feet” and “you can do this” out loud. The sense of achievement afterwards is the best! You’ve got this! ❤ Great video btw, I’ve always wanted to visit Winnats Pass 😍

Oh my gosh I’m going to try that! 😆 and yes, when I did Snowdonia it was deffo something I thought I couldn’t do but always a big accomplishment!
