well the hard AIs are cheating to no end^^ that is why i am afraid i might not win this scenario (besides the memory bug). let's hope by staying neutral and always making compliments i can stay on their good side untill i am strong enough to take them out. so far it is working
Don't worry about the accent - everyone has their own. I agree about Grammar corrections as they follow a pre-described set of rules but accents vary. People should lighten up on that XD!
and the situation has apparently become worse with recent windows 10 updates since the prioritization of the memory has been changed by MS, letting mroe stuff run in the background (that you cannot just shut down), ensuring that 1404 runs out of memory way faster.

did not work for me. PCs ar eopen systems so there might always be a combination which leads to unforeseen things. in my case the fixes do not work. address aware only removes the notification, the game still crashes at some point. tried it several times over the past years.
I'm rewatching this series to get some more good Anno 1404 and wow, at the time of writing this comment I really didn't expect then to actually release a remaster but here it is.
would u mind starting a record build? Idk if u have ever tryewd it but after i beat the heavy AIs this typ of playstyle was the only that kept me playing anno 1404 frequent
Really like your voice and vid's! I have been watching you continuous gameplay for days now, and now watching this whole scenario too. I would also really like a recordplay on a huge map. I know someone named Wiesl_1404 has the worldrecord of 544K population (which is utterly insane!) And as a fan of the franchise myself, I have yet to find a mapseed which supports such an enterprice. Would love to see you try on something like that. I will be sure to follow it. Keep up the great work.

German is ofcourse one of them;) Btw I have just measured the EXACT spot on the biggest northern island to place your marketplace if you use your layout for housing, and want to place that exact layout 3x4, so 3 vertically, and 4x horizontally, and still be able to make a solid wall around it without anything blocking it. Should you want to know, I will reply here.

Something is really wrong with your computer. here is a game running with 65k people and details everything on highest.... no warning. no fix installed or anything. simply clean anno 1404. very strange... a game before i had some crashes at saving (achievment "we have no time to lose"), but no problem with ram. but i think i really shouldn't say that :).
everyone has that issue. it depends on your OS and memory usage of your system but at some point it happens for everyone if enough stuff happens in the game simultaneously.
The other 3 move at a frightening pace, I wouldn't stand a chance. Love the vids

Large Address Aware Allows You To Modify The Game.exe,s To Allow Them To Use More Than 2GB Of Memory ....
And Its Easy To Do .....

How do you know how much production each building offers to the opulation needs? is there a list or something I can check it on?

yeah but you don't have recording software etc running in the background which also eats the smae chunk of RAM that 1404 is using up ;)

I never had this bug in my game. Might be something wrong with your copy of the game. Really like the video but sad that it ended so soon :(.
