King’s spending was excessive
Put the government in financial crisis

From paying many taxes
The commoners took the burden

The king overspent

But in his people went starving
Due to the high cost of bread
What can the people do about this?

To write a new constitution for their country because
they needed reform, a reform
Much of the land, around France,
The Roman Catholic church owned
This hurt the poor, even more,
New crop taxes that they owed
The people disliked
Being ruled by, royalty
When other countries were more free
Wanting power over government to make decisions
The King spent more, Seven Years War
bought his family luxurious decor
The commoners said “not fair”
Nobles and clergy were exempt
From paying many taxes
The commoners took the burden
Paid a majority of it
The King had overspent
On wars fighting Great Britain
But in his people went starving

@@JamCampus I actually really learn with your videos. It is easier and better to learn with songs. And yeah you dont need to work on that- your content is already very good. I think most of the people dont even know about this channel. Maybe you can talk to youtubers who have a high range and introduce your channel or you could do a song together. For example with asapScience or with Kurzgesagt-In a nutshell, but I dont know. That is everything that comes into my mind right now. Keep on going👍✌

but a good summary of a very complex chapter in history that would have many far flung consequences
