Loved this workout series. Have started following you the last couple of months and really like your workouts and teaching style. I had not done a front barbell squat before and was nervous at first. I still have to practice as my elbows were not parallel with the ground. I also did the hack squat and before it would hurt my knee and this time did not. On both machines I used no additional weight. Love the slow, mind muscle focus. I am working on creating a quad sweep.

OMG did this last night, along with some glute specific moves, and lets just say, movement was a bit challenging today. I have been a bit lazy with leg workouts and it pretty much let me know about it! But loved it. I do not have a hack squat machine at my gym so I have been doing the one on the on the Smith Machine with the 45lb weight at my toes. I really like it. And kind to my knees. It's a gym "hack" for the hack squat.
I love the cable sumo squats variation definitely to try out. I usually do a cable sumo squat with a curtsy at the bottom, one squat hold position at bottom curtsy one leg then the other leg then up and this count as one rep, they are deadly but so good.
I would love to workout with u! I have a friend I go with but he usually poops out before I do. Then I feel rushed. No fun. Wish I could afford a trainer. Ur such an inspiration for me! Keep the video's coming!
I have never been happy with my legs. I'm taking about muscles above the knee. The thighs. No problem with calves thought. My weaknesses is my legs. I'm going to try your routine. I really want well developed legs

Really enjoy your in-depth information. If I am unable squat very low will I still get results. This is due to having issues with my knees
