@@divinehate Just imagine it. You got this adorable looking androgenous being, and as soon as he opens his mouth, you hear a voice that sounds like James Earl Jones who's been gargling gravel.
I do love voice actors from the previous souls games coming back. Makes them feel like part of the family. And I can see why they're considering Naomi for Miquella; her voice really does sound perfect. Like, having Naomi come back from playing the relatively minor character of Chloanne to one of the most important characters in Elden Ring is the kind of glow-up I'd love to see.
The Second version is definitely the superior one. Miquella has shown to be a naturally feminine person, so his voice sounding lighter and more feminine is more in line with his nature.
I agree with your premise, but the second version sounds too deep and mature for someone cursed with eternal youth to me. I prefer the first version that to me has both the childlike lightness to it yet firmness and resolve of long age.
@@theDoctorwitTardis Tbh yes, i think its a little too deep to be perfect, i feel like, if they somehow cast a voice actor similar to the 2nd voice but a little high pitch
@@natesparrow9544 But we literally see a young Miquella being taken away from the coccon in the beggining. Mogh tried to age him, but even though his body grew, he did not wake up.
This is amazing, good job! The first one sounds like teenage miquella. The second version is perfect, young, soft and a bit feminine. A very convincing and manipulative voice.
Since hes eternally young, he would have a more childish voice, not really masculine or feminine, just childish. Perhaps something similar to a 10yr boy
@@divinehate Like we only know miquella is feminine because of his appearence, and even that is due to how people think he is st.trina, and from what i know about st.trina they werent sure if st.trina was male or female. But like, look at miquella in that image , clearly they wouldnt be able to tell if even we cant tell if it may be him or several other possible characters. I think the only think thats feminine about miquella is his hair. Literally, since thats the only thing that seems to line up with all the information. Plus its not that his appearence is directly feminine, its just a result of being young forever. So i dont understand why people think he may be like marika and radagon, or why people use art of miquella with make up. If st.trina is miquella, it just means st.trina is a guy too lol
I like the first one. It reminds me of lothric from ds3. who while not quite the same was delt quite a simmilar hand to miquella, miqella cursed to have the body of a child, and lothric cursed with extreme fagility. Edit: i now realize that its supposed to be the same va. Still fits for me though.
It will be great if Harry voices him, I'm really want him to voice more characters. It will be amazing if he was in Nier Automata. PS : how did you making Harry's voice ?
My dear twin, accept this gift. A gift of abundance my last of dew. Let all things flourish whether graceful or malign. If thou covetous the throne impress my vision upon thine heart in the world of thy making all things flourish whether graceful or malign.
Neither of these seem fitting to me. The first sounds more masculine but a little too deep for a child. The second just sounds like a grown woman speaking.
I’m fucking confused why does miquella look so huge in the caccoon but he looks like a child everywhere else, and how are we gonna fight miquella if he’s just some cursed man in a child’s body. Doesn’t make any sense I hope this dlc is good
It's pretty simple really. Miquella *used* to be what we see everywhere else, but became what he is now because he was ripped out of the Haligtree before he could complete his transformation into Saint Trina. Also you're assuming we do fight Miquella/Trina instead of encountering them as the main NPC. Personally I think it'll be both. The DLC is almost certainly going to take place inside of Miquella's dream, or the spirit world that is the Helphen. This would explain Torrent, his clearly different appearance, and everything that's happening to the Erdtree in the image. Remember, Miquella is probably the most important character we've heard about in the game. This kid's got his hands ALL over the Lands Between, and clearly knew some shit about the workings of the Outer Gods. Assuming we break his curse and permit his transformation into Saint Trina, he/she will likely be the single most powerful (and intelligent) god in the whole story thus far.
@@maskedmenreiki I’m assuming we are gonna fight him Because um we literally just killed his family I don’t he will be to happy when he finds his sister the way she is.
@@staceygfys1237 Considering the fact that he's in a permanently catatonic state, I don't think he'll be finding out much for the time being, but I do find the possibility of fighting him likely. However, I would like to point out that this DLC is probably going to heavily focus on the death of Godwyn and Miquella's attempts to make amends. I feel like at least for a portion of the DLC we're going to be helping him do that.
Miquella is male though.. its super disappointing to hear such a “feminine” voice. Especially since in the new DLC (Shadow of the Erd Tree) he is depicted as an adult…really not what I expected. 😓
Miquella has a feminine voice because his curse means he does not age. he never grew up, and perpetually has a child’s body. him having a man’s voice would not make sense
Turns out I was right about Naomi!
yeeey is naomiiiii
I'd laugh my ASS off, if Miquella ended up having a super deep baritone voice.
