  • Build strength and sculpt your body with this full body yoga sculpt class. By adding weights to your yoga practice, you will add an extra layer of difficulty to work on building strength and resilience of both the body and the mind. Two light dumbbell weights are used in the class, however, this class is accessible with body weight only. While moving through this practice, honor your body and modify as needed.     As always, great practice. Do you have any handstand (all kind of stands) yoga practice?

      Glad you enjoyed! I don’t believe there are any handstand classes on my channel anymore. I focus more on grounded yoga flows to decrease opportunity for injury especially since these are pre-recorded remote classes.

    Here I am again, marathoning your videos, one workout a day. I loved this worked so much. My entire lower is burning like hell. I had to drop off the weights in the middle of the workout cause my legs were shaking like I was doing 3x8 heavy reps at the gym. I went to fail (concentric and eccentric)😮😮 not mentioning the sweat and a little pause at the video to catch my breath and take a sip of water, because I needed so badly at the moment. Again, keep doing these amazing workouts for us, and would love to follow you along a hiit, Tabata Pilates Full body workout with weights, and I'm looking forward to doing a pilates ball workout as well, but only following you, because I'm now addicted to your channel.
