Good video. Never tried the magic erasers. But try Krud cutter. Works best if it soaks for about 1 minute. Sherwin Williams told me once that that’s what they used on their countertops and I’ve loved it ever since. I’ve removed 3 to 4 day old paint with pretty much no scrubbing as it softens it up so much. I haven’t needed to use the Goo Gone in years because this stuff works so good.
And I even use it on my hands and paint brushes because it’s non-toxic, non-flammable and biodegradable. And it’s only about $12 a gallon.

Paint splatters on a black painted chair! After trying rubbing alcohol and Goo Gone, I found your video and then tried the dry Mr. Clean magic eraser. It took some rubbing with that thing, and the paint splatters are gone! Thank you.

Thank You so much. I spilled a gallon of white Latex paint and I’m trying to clean up, got it on counters, furniture etc. Your clue about the Magic eraser worked amazingly well. Not sure yet how to get all the paint off the floor. I scraped up excess with dust pan & putty scrapper.

Hey I have a customer that has paint spilled on his painted roof. What's the best way to remove it without damaging the painted blue metal roof
Try using some goo gone or Windex, and a stiff plastic scraper. Spray the goo gone/ Windex and cover it with a piece of Saran wrap for a couple of minutes then try to scrape it with the plastic scraper.

Hi! Loved your video about paint removal. I accidentally got some gloss paint on my neighbors side of the house when spray painting my fence. I didn’t have much success with the magic eraser. Have been scrubbing with metho and it’s working though the going is quite tough. Would you have any suggestions as to how to remove the gloss paint without taking the painted surface of the color bond steel off? Love your video thank you hope you can help! ☺️
Used a cloth soaked in methylated spirits made it easier though not easy! Bit of elbow grease required. Thanks for your video

If all else fails, try a product from Mar-Hyde called Aircraft Stripper. It's "really" strong stuff. Use at your own risk.

I recently used Jasco 15 minute paint and epoxy remover to remove latex paint from tile and it still took a ton of elbow grease to get paint over spray off. Maybe the goof would have been a better product

Please help.. My son got red enamel paint on my white washing machine that's a month old... How do you get that off I have tried lacquethinner bleach with out much help, It pretty much is just pink now instead of red..
Have you tried a magic eraser?
Had a helper who wasn't mindful of drips ... so have a lot of those on the baseboards ... but then painting the walls he got a lot of paint on the crown molding around the room. Suggestions? Should I try the magic eraser? In essence there are no clean lines and I'd like to try and get them back!
Is the crown molding caulked to the wall or is there a empty gap between the wall and trim? Is it bleed through on tape lines or is it just splattered paint?
@@MMPRECISIONPAINTING caulked to the wall. So even when using a brush to do the edging between the wall and the “trim” in some areas we must not have it taped good because you can see the white paint up in the molding. Also while painting the ceiling (it’s a hall) the long paint pole hit the molding and made a couple of marks. I feel like I can scrape those off with something? But the others just don’t look “crisp” any longer.
@@rockstar69186 Best to retape and use clear caulk on your tape line. I have a video on that if you need a reference.

I can try to do a video on it. If its not a lot, I will mist it with a rattle can that is the same color as the main roof color.
Really lightly mist it.

@@abraham_2241 That stuff is awesome. Give it a shot. Would just be careful about messing the shingles up. Maybe spray some on and let it sit, then hit it with a pressure washer.
Love it! Any tricks on the tiny drop splatters from a roller? I was teaching my son how to paint and now we've got a decent size area on our hardwoods (fake hardwoods) that the magic eraser is having a harder time getting between the grooves of the wood for all those small dots.....
Alcohol wipes work great.
With a cleaning brush or sponge.

Mike, aka #bestdamnpainter - I recently had the exterior of my house painted. For various reasons, I was not going behind them at every move to check the work. However, now I see that almost EVERYWHERE that touches trim or body, they have smeared paint on the brick!! glass! Even door. So... I think the glass and door I can do if I can reach it. But what about brick? How can I clean paint drops and smudges, and basically very sloppy, unprofessional work from the brick. To complicate things, since the unwanted paint is at the edge of painted surfaces, I hesitate to use acids, etc. Plus there is sooooooooo much to do. Help!!!!!
There's a product that is specifically designed for removing graffiti. Try Taginator. I normally use one with a German name that's slipping my mind right now. That and a small wire brush with softer bristles.

Had a water stain on ceiling so I used kilz upsot (worked great) but it sprayed paint mist on the walls too. I’m going to try the magic eraser! This is just the video I was looking for. Thank you!

I would really have to see it. If it's wood just try rubbing alcohol.

This product did not remove dried paint splatter from the furniture, computer and tv.
It doesn't work for everything. Try graffiti remover.
