- Onboard Side by side comparison and POV of Max Verstappen, Valtteri Bottas, Sergio Checo Perez, and Lando Norris Collision during the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix. Bottas braked too late causing a lock up on his front left tire causing him to slide into Lando Norris who then collided into Max Verstappen. Bottas then continued his momentum of the crash into perez. He received a 5 place grid penalty for the next race due to this incident. Radios included with subtitles !
Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez are the Drivers for Red Bull Racing Honda lead by Christian Horner. Valtteri Bottas is the Driver for Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team lead by Toto Wolff. Lando Norris is the driver for Mclaren

@@RafaHuel Yeah it's annoying. How many points did Mercedes rob Max of? Not to mention the two crashes back to back totally changed Red Bull's momentum. Now they whine about a 16 point swing essentially, but laughed when Hamilton got to take a shortcut and gain a position without investigation.

Dont know about intentional or something, but good way to gain points for team and championship by taking everyone out. Seriously, we can expect better from thus much experienced driver.
Yes, the people saying: "Rain, bad grip, brakes not hot" act like he's some rookie and doesn't know how to safely get through the first couple of corners. But still I think it was an accident, he does make mistakes like any other driver. But he's been annoying to Max for a while, certainly since Max was always alone fighting these two. I'm curious to see the battle Hamilton vs Russell. Bottas often couldn't pass anyone when not on pole or 2nd spot. And while Russel probably will listen to team orders at the beginning, he seems like the guy who would go for own success when there's a chance at moments he is ahead of Sir Baron Duke Earl Knight Grave Hamilton.

Yeah Max would've already had the championship sealed if it weren't for the kamikaze dive here and that pit maneuver in the UK.
If Bottas would have had the same front wing as Hamilton in Jeddah, he would have been able to race on and finish second place, lol.
Now they're whining tainted championship since Hamilton lost, he shouldn't have been in a position to win the championship to begin with.
@@chiefwahoo6408 Which makes it all the better that was one of the sprint race/qualies of the season, we will never know whether it were these 3 points that decided it, but I like to think they are, if not a sprint that weekend it would have been 0.
Would you have preferred Max winning the championship in an anticlimactic way with lots of races left? If that happened then it wouldn’t have been the amazing season we had. It was a genuine mistake from Bottas he hardly knew he would hit both red bulls when crashing into Norris accidents are part of F1 ffs

That was a rookie mistake by Bottas. This is now two consecutive races the Mercs have ruined the Race for the Bulls. 5 grid penalty is not enough! Suspension makes more sense.

I was furious watching this. It was a crusial moment for the championship and it was the race after Silverstone Gp. Max was so unlucky but he never give up, he kept pushing even if everything was against him and that's why he is a f*cking deserved World Champion. He was PHENOMENAL this season!!!🥇🐱🏍🦁

Someone whos never driven like me looks at that video and thinks that the mix of rain and some sort of lack of attention caused it considering its the first turn. Taking into account hes a trained driver and a very experienced and skillful one at that, I find it very hard to believe he would be so negligent. Quite the yikes 😬
Why would he want to run in to Lando. He underestimated how much grip he had between the wet pavement and Lando taking the air off his front wing. A serious misjudgment given the results, but certainly not a deliberate act.

Pretty sure after Bottas crashed he had no control anymore lmao. It was unfortunate he crashed on the inside at that speed but he couldnt exactly swerve away considering both his front wheels were dislocated
It's called 'counter steering' you always steer the opposite direction of a slide and when you race long enough it becomes instinct. With 3 wheels on his car he had little to no control anyway. Don't discuss what you think Bottas knows cause you don't know sh-t clearly.

Engine damage. You can see on the replay Checo’s car was extruding some type of white gas.
@@ReesesCupsable damn. Also if it’s engine damage the oil might have leaked a lot, they sensed it by the engine oil pressure drop which is probably why they suddenly told him to stop the car after a while
Not oil but water ... all the the water is going out ... 2 race , 2 engine ... it smell penality for Red Bull during next race ... Honda is not sure to reapare 😥

Just after the first contact Bottas was the only one who turned left. Why? To crash Pérez, because it was intentional.
The annoying thing is perez will get a 10 place grid penalty for engine and bottas gets a 5 place for causing that plus damaging norris and verstappens car. But yet again another soft mercedes penalty

Max is great. To say he’s much better than Lewis is laughable. Lewis has been number one in all levels of racing since he was 10. Kart,two different teams, different eras of cars etc. so knock it off with that stupid talk.

One thing some people dont know about the 7x champion Sir Lewis Hamilton is that he knows when to attack and win or when to back off and come back to win or lose,,winning every race wont make you champion ,this is the lession he learnt in 2007,but consistent of gathering points.
Or maybe taking the grid or your rival out like in Silverstone or Hungary, good way to climb up, Huh?

Hallo new bees in F1 ,its always going to be a bad start for a car on the 2nd position especially when it rains without having it before,,,I will blame Norris for this incident, watch the video once again,I know some of you wont understand what I am saying, ,but Bottas was sandwiched by Norris and Perez, but immediately Norris overtook Bottas he braked early than expected and that took Bottas by surprise so before he want to brake Norris had already braked giving him not enough room to avoid the incident but what he did was also?not enough to save the day after locking both brakes,,It could hv been tactics to kick Red bull but, 1st this isn't the last race,2nd Mercedes engine car was infront so no motive to destroy Mercedes engine,3rd there is no way you could predict the outcome of a race incident or accident, 4th the ground was wet so its easily to do mistakes,and Bottas is one of the worst drivers in Rain,eg.2020 Turkey in rain he turned more than 6 times,2021 in Portugal Williams car was able to overtake Bottas Mercedes, 5th Red Bull cars were not directly infront of Bottas front wings so there is no need to do that.I know the out come will affect RB but they need to understand that in racing everything can happen.

Silverstone Hamilton get his penalty although he was just racing without any intention to act aggressive and Bottas clearly didn't do it on purpose as he is just was breaking late but his brakes were not warm enough and clearly it wasn't planned it is just happening to both red pull by chance (I mean what a plan it would be if it was a plan at the first place) while on the other hand you can see what verstappen did on both Emola and Jedda which is clearly an aggressive approach on Hamilton as he had nothing to lose since he was already the leader in the championship.
And in Abu Dhabi check what Perez did in order to give verstappen a chance which he himself admitted that without Perez he wouldn't have a chance even if the SC was deployed like it was at the end
That is my opinion and the FIA knows that
Let's just accept that shits happening in this sports and it is all for the benefit of the audience.
