i still play this game though, it's been 5 years since i start playing it and believe me, this game is no less fun to play than any of good jRPG title on ps4.
I remember this, Emilia is so lazy to the extend of being funny initially being dragged to do jobs with us then I discover she's actually a little genius till the point she became driven. Fun times watching the kid grow as the story progress.
@Shaman X I think the issue the user mentioning is Universe and portable character/clothes design had a set environment and tone IS "self-contained" forging this believable culture in their "universe" for you to wear and find appropriated given to you as player . PSO2 is trying too hard with all these crossover events of Blazblue/guilty-gear/Nier. Add-on everyone is going overboard with skimpy dress, beach/bikinis, school girl/boy uniform and cast armor design seem too much copy of gundam armors or overtop sharp ends with edgy look. To the point it doesn't feel like a "Phantasy Star" World/setting and more like just generic scifi-grind game opening doors to ALL anime cliches. I still play it cause its fun, but it just doing TOO much to make a costume game for EVERY fandom fashion sense.
@Shaman X Hey im a degenerate for fanservice and skippy outfit, but for devs to allow pso2 community has bad taste on fashion sense whenever i play: for example; im "dressed" as harden veteran ark-ops with super hero/badass armor, and set myself the mood and within context of universe/setting lore. -We do urgent quest, "Wow guys, epic battle through our hard team work!" -Cinematic camera for group shot to my left of random strangers i worked with, male/female members all posing in their summer bikini clothes. It just takes us out of it....like "seriously?"

I recommend Ultima Blue Burst, or if you want something more modern, PSU Clementine. I'm not taking the chance of getting IP banned from PSO2 because my vpn is trash
I played this game back when I was in primary school and barely understood anything about video games other than pokemon, I remember playing the same stages over and over again because a few of the story stages scared me. PSO2 is coming West to Win10 and the PS4. Wish I could see a remake or a sequel for Portable. We can dream but as it goes, some dreams do come true, huh?
sadly PSO2NGS will be next Phantasy star, Theres a portable version of PSO2 which is Vita but soon will be replace with switch. Since PSO2 is on steam, it can be steam link that makes it portable

imo PSO2 just doesn't have the same feeling as the Universe/Portable games, and now I just miss those games more.

You can still play PSO2 with english patches thanks to Arks-Layer.
