A very late reply, for the hidden neck problem, you could try adding on winter accessories like mufflers or scarves to make it look covered intentionally.. all the other poses from this video should work well.
I wish you'd do more photography with older people, or groups to show group poses as well

@@AngelicaAgelviz true! I try to in front of the mirror but that's different from a camera and the image is usually flipped! Normally I have the tense shoulders and zealous smile haha
This is helpful. When in shoots, my mind is a blur, and I don’t slow down to think about shape and form of the model. I just push camera button and make sure image is clear. I need to do better

Like a lot of people I struggle a lot with being more comfortable in front of a camera and learning to pose
So any more of these videos with more diversity in the clothing, model body type and maybe models at different stages of their career can be helpful!

How about male posing? It can be tricky too. Many guys feel not comfortable in front of camera and have uptight posing..
Any tips to pose for your average shoot? My friend would laugh at me if i went full on model mode 😂 I'm lanky and awkward I don't even know how to pose for group shoot
(Not a prof model) in small groups, I think you can use some of these tips. You can turn your body slightly (not head on w camera), feel free to push your shoulders to give shape (think posture) or have your arms out/angled. It's fine to try to find poses that work for you and adjust to others near you
@@bmcclarren559 thank you! I've always tried to not facing my body to the camera especially in group shoots. What i struggle the most is my hands placing. Usually i either make awkward v sign or placing both my arms on the side. Adjusting to the surrounding is also what makes it hard especially for someone with little to no confidence like me. I think i also have to work on my confidence. Thank you for the tips! I will learn more about posing so i can live without the regret of having bad photos 😂

On this 'bad' pics it looks like she doesn't even have an arm 😱😂
How do you pose for a picture where you have a double chin, and that is why you don't like your picture taken.
do the “book author” trick! fist under your chin as you rest over a surface, making you look relaxed yet thoughtful/engaged! that, and also embrace your chin because its more likely all in your head. the people who love you will just be happy to see a picture of you feeling yourself!
