Thank you, I did the video just to help others out as well and yeah good tbh when I did mine it was sticking lol, yeah mins was a bit fiddly to get out too lol
Hello dear I recently bought a jimny 2016 (1.3 engine) *I had changed a premium spark plugs *New castrol oil *new brake pads * had droped a premium quality bottle "injector cleaner" in the fuel tank It has only done 44,000 kilometers, but it was with a lady who doesnt care about regular service at all. Anyways im facing a problem in fuel consumption, its just driving 150km/20 liters Which is considered very very low It must drive a minimum if 220km/20 liters. May I have your help of what could be the problem ? Is changing fuel.filter.might help ? If yes where its located in the jimny Thank you
Hi sorry not seen this before now, yeah I would go through it all and give it a good service and change all the filters or fuel air oil plus filters, spark plugs and see if all the gaps are right and see how it runs after that and leave the fuel cleaner in the tank and run it now and see how it goes hopefully it will help you get better millage out off you're car then hope it all goes ok 👍
Did you notice much difference after? That strainer looked bad, I've got a gsxr k4 600, sluggish at 7k revs and up, changed the plugs still the same, a mate said it sounded like the fuel strainer clogged as he had it happen to him a few years back. , got a new fuel strainer on the way and will have a go myself. Fingers crossed it solves the problem 👌
Hi tech I did notice a difference to, the strainer was babe I wasn't sure how long or when I was changed last, or right ok well yeah it would redo them all the plugs and see if the gap is right on them to and I'd definitely change the strainer as well and fingers crossed that sort it all.out for you then, are the coil parks all ok as well then, live everything a clean and the air filter and finger crossed and hopefully it all goes away, one thing you can look at just to be sure, check all off you're fueses as well make sure none off them have blown to, hope it all clear for you to mate 👌
Hi and yes I did leave the plastic bit on the filter it's just a little tighter to put back together but you can leave the plastic bit off if you want to
@@markocalnan1956 hey my bike as acting up now. I filled up tank nd rode on hwy nd then i was trying to go out again and its acting like it wants to die nd even turned off on me a couple of times. Whats going on???
@@busaboi4669 hi sorry to hear it's playing up and I've had no trouble with mine, I have run mine with and with our the plastic on the filter and it's been ok, does it start and run if so maybe try turning the idle screw a little bit to get the bike to idle right, It should idle around 1200 to 1250 On mine over a time the idle screw can back off and give you a bad idle or on time cut out
Thank you for sharing this, im needing to do this proceedure to my 04 w/40K miles on it.
