It is really great! I absolutely love your summaries and the attention to details. My only comment is the pronunciation. I know it is minor in many ways and Hungarian is a particularly difficult language with the array of pesky vowels and consonants but I hardly have been able to recognise the places, GÖNCI barrel unless it was written down! I am sorry! Otherwise, top notch!
Hi Kat Kit - I actually spent a good half an hour practising beforehand, and writing pronunciation words to help - but there were too many it overwhelmed me... and I get carried away with the actual wine knowledge. Sadly I think Hungarian will be forever out of my grasp...
Well, again, I had no intention to be harsh. I know it is difficult and confusing and a relatively minor topic. It was a good effort. If you ever need help with Hungarian tough, I am happy to offer some insights, should you wish.

This variety with time the skin gets more thin and that's where the grape starts to loose acidity and get more sugar
