I like your updates and the way you talk but, have you consider change the background music? Is a little depressing for an update of something that is supposed to be happy and fun.

$2700 just in the small 100ish parking spot section they are currently clearing. All in all parking per day is well north of $100,000! Mind blowing

Epic by far has the largest footprint especially with the show buildings
