As a passholder I was able to get a one day ticket for what I believe is the fourth day after opening. The total with taxes was $175.00. It is going to be interesting to see if Epic Universe lives up to the hype.
Yes! It would be totally awesome to see everyone excited for everything for the first time! You just NEED to know that it will be VERY VERY VERY crowded. Me personally, Im going soon after the opening week. It’s up to you.
The dining location identified as Phase II seems strange that it would not open with the park. I don't think it would take seven months to finish a restaurant, especially since the concept should have been fully planned out before construction started.
Its because they weren't sure what to put there for the longest time. There were designs for a theater, rumors for another ride. They didn't start building the duo restaurant until a few months ago.
I was really looking forward to booking Helios Grand Hotel, but the fact that it doesn't come with Express passes makes it a no-go for me. Given that we will only get one day in Epic Universe, it seems smarter to me to get the express pass and take the bus over to the EU for that one day.
I noticed a peculiar detail. Around each of the portals is a ring of "hash marks" (like increments of a clock). They are not symmetrical on the Harry Potter portal but look to be symmetrical on all the others I've seen. Not sure if that's intentional but it caught my eye as a mistake.
@@adventuresaway No, I'll explain. I'm taking about the gold hash marks on the teal colored ring. If you go to 1:09 of Universal's six-minute intro video for the Harry Potter land, you see an image of the portal and you'll see the hash marks I'm talking about, shown symmetrical, by the way. (And the quote you mention is down below in the portal.) But at 3:39 of your video you'll see the hash marks are not symmetrical.
This video seems like a rip of ThemeParkStop style video. It works for their channel but it's missing something in this video. Not a fan of the blatant copy pasta.

I hope it does!

Do you think it‘s a good idea to go on the opening day or some days after?

Hit the nail on the head. Couldn’t have said it better myself
Epic universe is coming along that it will open in May 2025 and I’m ready to see Super Nintendo world that is coming in Orlando Florida 🇺🇸. ♥️ 👍

So lucky! I hope you have a blast!

I would have to agree. It would be more about the experience instead of the value

I believe those will be mounting brackets for quotes that will be around the portal plates
