Federal employees are **required** to take an ANNUAL class on the Constitution. So why don't they know that "recording in public" is a protected right?
Cops and USPS staff better know their rights and limits B 4 calling cops onto postal service property. If the local cops have a written contract to service that particular property cops can be charged with having firearms on the property!!! I saw a video where an audutor found one, asked for and received written permission to record on and in the public area of that property. Local staff called the cops and the auditor got the cops pulled from the property by their commander before the cops were chargef by post office security officers!!! It was funny seeing the auditor talk junk to the the local popo's with such authority and 100% confidence!!!!
I hate New Jersey state troopers! I was going to rest up at A rest stop, with my teenage kids and use the bathroom and we were stopped by this trooper saying that we couldn’t stay there or even use the bathroom because they were closed. There was no signs that showed that as he started getting stupid with my son trying to intimidate my child!
First guy had diarrhea of the mouth. Second one, cops have ZERO obligation to tell anyone, except the parent/guardian, what crime a person is detained for. Just because they don't know, doesn't make it illegal.
