It’s actually just cuz I put tanner on my face, so it looks lighter by contrast. But when I don’t have tanner on I do have circles.

Here comes something you didn’t ask for, I think that the breakouts around your hairline comes from the sunscreen. Make sure when you’re washing your face at night to get up into the hairline to get all of the sunscreen.
And yes, I liked the lips better with stone lipliner!
